I am always a sucker for the family reunion episode on Survivor. First of all I feel bad for the family members that flew half way around the world only to get a quick hug. Secondly, I get caught up in all the tears being shed on all sides of the equation. This years version didn't disappoint even though I can honestly say that I do not really like any of the remaining cast members that much so their reactions to seeing family did not get to me as much as some Survivor episodes in the past. Concerning the outcome of the episode, I really think that Mullet lady should have voted out Todd if she wanted to have any real chance at the final three (not that it will matter anyway as she is just a floater and they don't win Survivor like they do Big Brother.) This year had a great location in China but all the interesting and strong players were weeded out and now we are left with 4 women and an annoying gay guy. I don't think there is much surviving going there! Not to say that a woman or a gay guy can not be great Survivor, just not [B][I]these[/I][/B] women or gay guy. Guess I am going to stick with Amanda as my favorite if I have to choose the most vanilla of personalities going that I can stomach. Ending on a positive note, I have a few wardrobe pointers for CBS this week: Get Amanda bigger shorts to save you editing room blurring dollars. Get Mullet Lady SUPPORT as she is liable to be dragged to the ground by those suckers! Get Courtney a cheeseburger. Ok, that isn't really wardrobe but she really needs a cheeseburger!

I was waiting for Courtney's dad to demand in outrage why his poor daughter was so thin. But alas, he didn't. Denise should have voted Todd out but she has a decent chance of knocking out Courtney herself to become the third in that alliance. Who knows. If in the final 3, the only chance Todd has of winning is if they decide to vote for him for playing the game the best. Otherwise, he won't win. He's screwed everyone of his alliance members that are sitting on that jury. Amanda too, but Todd is the one who's going to take the heat for it. I'd say PG and Denise have a fair shot at this point, it all comes down to the challenges and PG has proven she ain't going down without a fight.

I think that no matter what happens it is a lose, lose, lose finale next Sunday - [I]I can't wait for All Stars![/I] Courtney and PG were on my very first "hate list" and remain firmly entrenched there. There is not much to like about either of them in my personal opinion. Denise is nice enough but has done absolutely nothing in the game. When her chance to shine and do something strategic arose, she ran from it. I can see no scenario where someone would want to take her over Courtney to the next round. Court is the weakest player remaining in the game from a physical standpoint and from a personality standpoint. Todd and Amanda have been the best game players so I guess I will pull for them even if it makes me feel like I have to shower after I watch...
