Can you imagine Coach and Corinne together? She'd either make fun of him the entire time for being a wack job or be right next to him saying he's the best person ever, just like Randy.
I hated the first All Stars season... Fans VS Favorites was boring at the beginning, but got better towards the end with all of the blindsides.
As long as they cast the right people, an all stars could be a good way to end the series.

I agree, I wasn't a fan of the first all-star season. I loved FvF all the way through, and it definitely got hot after Ozzy's blindside. I loved the reunion when they showed Ozzy, Jason, and Alexis' faces after the votes were read.

Well, it depends. They might try to get some of the people that declined the first time (Elisabeth, Heidi, Colleen, Sandra) or only cast from the ninth season on. I would hope they would go all the way back, as I haven't had a memorable [I]and[/I] likable character recently.

That's why I brought up that question. We rarely get anymore big stars, which is why they would need to go back a little further.
Elisabeth being back would make me so happy.

I actually kind of hope that season 20 isn't all-stars. I have a feeling that the casting would be disappointing and, if it is the last season, would be a horrible way to end Survivor.

Who didn't? I was so surprised she made it that far. She was the last one left from her tribe.
I hope so, because if it is the last season, I have faith that they could pull it together.
I think I'm one of the few people who loved the original All-stars! It's actually the one that got me totally hooked on survivor! I loved watching Boston Rob manipulate (bully) people!
Never watched the first All-stars so can't really comment on it really. If this next season doesn't do well then I hope if 20 is the final season that they do it right. If it is on par with the last few seasons then it would leave a bad taste in fans mouth. But if they can make it great as some of the older seasons past then it could give it the proper send off or maybe hope for some future seasons.

I do not think Elisabeth would EVER return. Shes moved on and would never need to and I highly doubt she would want to.

It really does. The next two seasons could extend Survivor or end up cancelling it for good. And they know that so I would expect them to put everything they have into it. If they can't save the show then at least give it a heck of a send off.

I think you could be right, but you never know if you don't try. Elisabeth was one of the very first stars we saw from Survivor. It would be nice to see her.
For All-Stars, I think they could cast one person from each cast.

I was not the biggest fan of Shane until the loved ones episode. He was such a ******* before.
Of course with any villain you need the guy/girl that you love and want to see win to balance it out. Everyone loves when the ******* goes home just as much as they hate when the good guy goes home. Also I hope that the tribes have a competitive season rather than one side dominating too much.

Don't know what they would do other than tribes though....that is pretty much the standard of Survivor.

It would be very interesting to see how they would work that angle if indeed they do it. The first All-Stars had tribes though so who knows. Whichever way they go we'll have to see.

Where are any of Survivor's recent women going to fit into that? They have never really had very strong female casts, or perhaps they have with the editors ignoring them. I can see Sugar as a "hero" and Corinne as a "villain" but I have a hard time placing many other women.
ETA: Well I actually looked at the article and it looks like they are going all the way back to season 1 so I guess I can see several women from the earlier seasons.

Also hinted at Shane being in LA for interviews later in the thread, and out and out said in [URL="http://survivorsucks.yuku.com/forum/getrefs/id/4656387/type/0"]this post[/URL] that Amanda and Parvati were asked.
I hope Amanda doesn't get accepted, being on 3 out of the past 6 seasons is a little much...not to mention she's boring.
