The Soccer Thread

Anyone on here a soccer fan?...I'm a huge soccer fan and my favorite team is SL Benfica from Portugal and the NY Red Bulls from the U.S...I also support Braga, Man United, Real Madrid, and AC Milan on the side...The biggest story going around soccer now a days is the 130Million transfer of Ronaldo from Man United to Real Madrid.

I did watch a lot of soccer a back in the day. Oh..and I was even in Pasedena in 1994 for the world cup finale - but couldn't get tickets and chilled outside the rose bowl during the match. I would have killed to have been inside there! That being said, I lost a passion for the sport when I stopped participating. I have a few pairs of indoor soccer shoes and my diadora cleats still fit - but that is about all I have to do with soccer these days. ;)

I've played soccer all of my life. Now that I'm in college I haven't played for a year or so but I still support my favorite team Seattle Sounders FC. I watch every game on TV if I'm not at the stadium itself. My favorite overseas team is Bayern Munich.

I played through college, and I hate watching guys soccer. They're a bunch of pansies. But some of them are nice to look at...

Haha I played Soccer when I was younger but ended up quitting once I changed schools. Not really much of a fan though but I do watch it from time to time

I was a huge soccer fan when I lived in South America. Now I only watch when the World Cup is on.

I play college ball right now, I love it. I love the game and have been playin since I was six. I don't really watch it though. I have been to a few Rev games though at Gillete stadium here in Mass (where Patriots play) and it's always a good time!

I'm a soccer nut, I've played in college. I support the U.S. National teams, England's National team, and Man U. I mainly follow the Premiership but check on many of the other European leagues.

Well I'm still in high school and I've been playing for a short time but I'm pretty decent but I plan on playing soccer all the way through high school and maybe college but i do love the sport =]
