RW 21 Casting Experiences

Wow mizzlizz that's amazing! my roommate just got a call! she has an interview on saturday in nyc to! AHHH!!!!

i sent in my home tape and i got a call the next day from some woman saying i made it to the semi finals.. then she asked where i lived (florida) and she said oh i thought you were in new york for some reason and i had you on the wrong list. ill call you back and email you with the florida interview directions once they are confirmed. its been two days.. i shouldnt be worried or anything should i? i know the ny interviews are on sat. but does anyone know anything about the fl interviews?

I have actually been to the MTV.com, so call me a doubter... Just don't offer up too much personal information (I'll be more then happy to edit out parts of posts on request) and you will be fine. They have more pressing business (saving a sinking franchise) then reading vevmo...

The whole process has taken about a month and a half (almost two), and I was told that I will hear back within three weeks of my recorded interview (if at all)". So where do you think the home tape round comes into... Round 5? everyone i am officially obsessed!

ah okay, im going with this process that has been posted around and that matt (yargh) also posted: [I] Round 1: VIDEO Round 2: Call Back/Application Round 3: Interview with Casting Director Round 4: Recorded interview via phone/camera or phone/skype [/I]He started this thread with what he did:[INDENT]I uploaded a video online, got an email with the application a week or two later. the home tape is part of round three because on the email attachment it says to write R3-HT on the envelope.

there are still more open casting calls! i don't see it on the bunim-murray casting page, but on craigslist, they're looking for casting assistants for an open call in Cincinnati today, and another call in Dallas on monday! maybe these are the call backs? but it specifically says helping with 'open call'.
