Interesting interview. They also interviewed Johanna a couple of weeks before Katie. They've interviewed a number of RW/RR people throughout the years, typically around/during the time a season of RW or RR or a challenge is out.

That's pretty amazing considering the fact that they wanted to claw each other's eyes out during the Inferno.
Katie did play an EMT that brought in a woman with a spinal problem from a car crash. Jack operated on sad woman and fell in love with her, they got married and she eventually left him because he was working 20 hours a day. I remember seeing Katie on the episode when it first aired. It caught me offguard because she only appears for a few seconds but she's there.

She was not on the show. It used to say she was cousins with Lindsay Lohan... She was in that Hillz movie as a party girl with Frank and Trishelle, they were all hanging out by a pool where that well known movie was being shot.
