I know that I'm kind of reaching on the whole Syrus thing, but it's possible... apparantly him and Brooke did an appearance together this past weekend. And it was just the other day that Ev posted a blog alluding to the fact of being hurt by a significant other and the first time I noticed her single status. So maybe Syrus and Brooke just had a helluva weekend??? Stranger things have happened when it comes to the castmates.... :D

I've attempted to watch tv lately, but I can't...the shows are just too awful to stare at for any length of time. I'd have to say my new favorite show is Sunrise earth, on animal planet. It's on early in the morning and it is a stationary feed of the sun rising in far away lands. Very serene, and good to prepare oneself for the morning commute in Long Island, NY. I discussed with a friend today where homosexuality originates from. Is it genetic? Choice? I personally believe it to be somewhere in the middle. No, I do not believe that there is a gay gene. The reality is that a gene which leads to an absence of procreation would never perpetuate itself. It dies out in its hosts. I think it's wishful thinking on the part of gays who are ashamed to be themselves, to want to blame it on a glitch in their DNA. I think being gay is the result of one's upbringing, and that after the age of three someone's sexual orientation will have already been determined. This would explain why many gay males have been raised by single mothers, a disproportionately high number. And likewise, many lesbians are raised in households with lots of brothers and a weak female influence. It's far from a choice, but it isn't genetic either. As for those who become gay as the result of some scarring incident at some point in their lives (rape, for instance), well, that's not what I'd call true homosexuality, it's simply fear of heterosexuality. I hope that the Rockies will pull out a win in the days ahead. They're the feel-good story of the year and as a fan of the Yankees, every victory by a poor team is a victory for me as well. It proves that money doesn't buy championships and cases like the '07 Rockies or the '06 Tigers help to stop the MLB from instituting salary caps or other such equalizers which would ultimately hurt the Yankees more than any other team.[/QUOTE]

Where did the rest of the posts on this thread go??? I had posted a link to Jennifer's (Ev's ex) myspace a while ago. Man, that Jen is a wily one! To be dumped for someone else, and then to date that someone else after they dumped the person that broke up with you??? Yowza! Of course, I guess it's easier to do that when you are all same sex oriented, lol.
