Okay whatever you say fake account
The other poster may be right. Tonya could be lying about the whole thing seeking a payday. Katie may not have been willing to cooperate because maybe she went with something she heard and didn't get the story straight. The reality is Evan & Kenny may be the real victims. It absolutely is possible. To disregard that as a reality is just as wrong as those that can't accept these actions may have happened.Personally--I'm rolling with the women that have been victimized in the past. Susie & Sarah aren't going to defend anyone that sexually assaults a woman.
unless they didn't see it. If there was no proof of this incident then it wouldn't have been as big of a deal as it was and mtv wouldnt have settled with her, they would have gone to court said sorry lady you've got no proof, the tapes were turned in and there was nothing there. AND Kenny and Evan wouldn't have been banned from being on the show. Instead she got a settlement she probably deserved, Kenny and Evan off MTV and she still was asked back for more shows. Boom. K&E are more than likely guilty of something illegal here.
Putting aside the assumptions being made about settlements and BMP's desire to litigate this whole thing, what I find interesting is the number of people who say well maybe they didn't see it. The people that have been coming forward haven't been wishy washy. They haven't said, "oh I never saw that happen" or "I don't think something like that would go on." Susie said it DID NOT happen. Sarah said it DID NOT happen. Johnny said it DID NOT happen. Susie's husband said DID NOT happen. Kim, who people assumed was one of those so disgusted with Kenny and Evan for doing this that she stopped doing the shows said it DID NOT happen. Not "didn't see", "wasn't there", etc. Did not happen. Tonya's alleged information came from another person who was supposedly in the room. So we're meant to believe a now nameless person, this list of whom it could potentially be grows smaller with every cast member that comes forward and says something, versus now 5 people who have unequivocally stated that they were in the room at the time when this went on and said that it did not happen. The champions had an open room. Were all five of those people sitting with their back turned, yet Katie or whoever Tonya says told her was staring right at them, saw this go on, but chose not to draw any attention to it or stop it? And Kenny and Evan, who essentially do everything they do for attention were so stealthy in doing this disgusting thing that they didn't draw attention to it but for this one person? Why are we weighing the credibility of one person (the supposed witness), when we don't know who this one person is, over that of a half dozen people openly standing on the other side? Two of whom, regardless of their friendships, were sexual assault victims? Do you not find anything about that fishy?
This honestly goes both ways, yes on kenny and evan side some castmembers are really vocal on saying: No, nothing happened, and on the other hand I do remember V1 mentioning that he was deeply involved on that case and that there was more about the story.

V1 is close personal friends with Tonya and didn't witness anything
There's more to most stories. I'm not saying Evan and Kenny never did anything wrong or that it is impossible that they sexually assaulted but Sarah, Susie & Kim are hard not to believe
I do think the whole toothbrush incident never happened, but that doesn't mean they're still shitty people. Their behavious towards the women on that season was disgusting, especially with Tonya.

They were the greatest pieces of entertainment in Challenge history. You think being on a challenge means everyone will get treated with respect? Lol, no. You're there to win money and not die of boredom. Tonya lets herself get in these situations. She isn't some innocent little girl who hides in the corner to avoid attention so let's stop acting like it's all JEK's fault.
word. Your posts always hit it spot on.

You seem like the type to blame rape victims for wearing revealing outfits.
