Interesting they met each other in the US before going to St. Thomas. Could have done without the puking scenes off the boat in the trailer. What were they thinking putting that in.
Hey, this is a show that had clubbin, drinking and sex in it for like a million consecutive seasons, I don't think we should sweat the small stuff.
In other news, I was like May 28th and no trailer yet, and now I log in here today and its out. LOL.
oh and btw..Laura totally sounds like Sarah: RW-Brooklyn!! and Trey like Johnny a little bit...
Just close your eyes and listen to it again...it´s scarry..:D
The trailer isn't particularly interesting (and really, what's with the vomit??), but I have a good feeling about the cast for some reason. I think (hope) it'll be a fun season, with likeable people.

Robb sounds exactly like Chet when he says "you are the greatest woman alive" around the 1 min mark!

Yep that is one thing that will generally keep me from watching a show--a Projectile Puke Preview.

I feel like this season is gonna be like the last one - only people who are fans of the show will watch, which isn't good because I don't think RW can go with another season with horrible ratings. Hopefully I'm wrong and there's like a second trailer coming or something.

Veering off topic on another thread here, but saw today "Hatfields & McCoys" premiere on History got 13.9 Million views which was the highest non-sports rating ever on a cable ad-supported network (like MTV is). Real World is holding its own. I expect this season to do way better than San Diego, if for no other reason, lots of kids are out of school for summer.
The trailer sucked but I really think this season is going to be good. I feel like it might be like Las Vegas; a very likable, funny cast with some interesting drama.
I hope they release another trailer.

Wow that's awesome. And yeah, I think so as well. Also the cast seems much more likeable, I'm just disappointed in MTV's lack of promotion but I really hope this season does well, it looks ok so far but the trailer could've been better

Yeah, that's a good reason, cause San Diego was was on in the fall, in the middle of the week, when I'm normally too tired to stay up. I stayed up anyways, just cause I didn't want it to get cancelled, but yeah.

For some reason, the cast really reminds me of the Vegas cast too. But the Vegas season explored so many issues, and I feel like this season won't have any interesting drama. Hopefully it's a step up from San Diego, though.
I sure hope the trailer is misleading.
I saw no fights, no hookups, no yelling, no nothing.
The cast seems like they're fun people though, especially the girls.
The guys seem kind of boring though.
There's been another sneak peek during a commercial where they showed the drama so the trailer is kind of misleading.
Either way the season looks decent to me. I mean I'm not asking for anyone to be killed just so I can be "entertained" lol.

Yeah, I saw the short commercial on TV, and it's made me much more excited about this season!

Do you remember who was arguing?

That promo was pretty cool. They gave us a little bit more of extra footage, which is nice.

I wanna say Marie and Trey? It went by rather quickly.
I didnt understand from the trailer...i know they all met in the states but did they not know where they were going until they all met? they seemed really surprised.
Mark Long and Derrick did some podcast together and were commenting on the trailer.
Mark Long: "We got our first cast member with those goofy earrings that make your ears real long. We got one of them. Y'know what that's called? It's called jumping the shark. Once you get one of those guys on the show things are going south."

Ouch. But I suppose he's kind of right. I don't think this show has had a guy with those earring before, so maybe MTV is trying to bring in the punk rock/alternative kids to watch? (Although I go to school with some of those kids, and I highly doubt they'd be watching shows like this, lol.)

Yeah the kids who I know who have gauges are either into really offbeat stuff and will say "that's too popular" or would be into something different entirely.
Then again, his personality is a lot deeper than his gauges.
Having someone on the show that you can relate to is huge for shows like this.

Brandon has a very interesting story. I don't think he was cast because of his gauges.

What podcast was this?
bad quality but this is the commercial that actually makes the season look much better :P
