Laura punching Marie in the face? What a joke. She is so annoying. Marie has a big mouth and maybe she's a bad ****** but I'd rather see a bad ****** on the real world than Laura. She's so boring.
These people are lame and it makes me glad I only watched the first episode. First off, I love LaToya, f*** everyone else's opinion. Second, Laura is just pathetic. From the way she carried her ADOPTED papers in her purse to how she talked like she was this total maneater and treats guys like toys... Then let a man treat her like s***. If Swift was seriously whining about girls making fun of him then he's a p****. Rob breaking up over text message? Ultimate b**** move. Brandon is seriously f***ed up. Proud of being coke fiend? That is just not something you should be proud of. I hope he never gets casted for a challenge just for being a loser at life. Marie, I don't have an opinion on. From everything I've read people either love or hate her. I'll have to wait for the challenge. Who'd I miss?
Wow, that was a lot meaner than I intended it to be. :*********]
Totally agree with you. I love Latoya. I would love to see her on the bad girls club, yeah.
Marie is nice. She has a big mouth but that's the kind of thing you want to see on the real wold. Look at Laura, so lame.

Swift actually said something to that effect to her during one of the arguments. Right before she "hit" him.
No one is born a *********, that's why. You learn it and/or people's behavior enables you to be a *********. Relationship dynamics are usually learned at home and we tend to replicate, usually unconsciously.
and you know this how?
Sorry meant to quote and respond to you directly, still learning :P Anyway you can see my response above.

So if a boy is raised by a single mother, and there are no men in the quota, how do they turn into *********s?

Never said it had anything to do with a man being present or not in the house. And like I said, there are people (that includes men and sadly women, like Laura and many others) who enable this type of behavior.

Oh. I agree. I thought the cast was fine for TV and Marie was good drama. If there was a problem, I thought it was that St. Thomas just didn't deliver. Maybe they shouldn't have been stuck on that island... or maybe it was just one of those seasons where nothing particularly interesting happened/the cameras weren't there when it did?
I don't agree that Marie is nice. Nice people are NICE. Marie shows a nice side about 5% of the time... and the rest of the time is nasty.
Having said that - she should be a good time on the challenge!
Swift actually said something to that effect to her during one of the arguments. Right before she "hit" him.
Haha I know, that's why I said it.

It was fine but not good. I think the last interesting season for me was Las Vegas.
I know, I take it back, she's not nice but entertaining haha. I'm very curious to see how she's like on the challenge! There are so many big personalities.
Half-heartily watched the entire season, without really liking any of the cast ( I liked Swift, Robb & Laura enough, but each have clear issues to work out), but my level of dislike for Marie and Latoya grew ep by ep (LaToya I think usually walks the fine line between "Real" and "Rude", but when she is defending or joining Marie she definitely forgets where the line even is).. but the Reunion really show Marie, as a very hateful, mean, unattractive human being. And I have met some, so I know she must have friends and family who love her in spite of all that, but I was really glad she was going to be off my tv...and then I saw that she is on The Challenge (I have stayed clear of spoilers), and I thought to myself, if she doesn't get kicked out early, she will continue to ruin my 2012 RW experience.
O...M...G this epsode made me love Latoya and Marie even more!!
I agree!!! It's weird because the people whose personalities resemble mine are Laura and Robb...but for some reason I liked Marie and LaToya the whole season. I'm really bummed about Robb breaking up with Marie like that though!

I was bummed by that too. Robb was definitely my favorite guy on RW in quite some time until I heard about that. I LOLed when Laura said she considered punching Marie, that girl knows she would've been ripped to shreds!

Seriously I just can't believe he did it over a text! Oh well, hopefully he redeems himself somehow on the challenge. I can't wait to see how the four from St. Thomas interact with all the other challengers!! I really hope they can do well and kick some butt!

I don't know about that. Laura looks to be in better shape as well as the bigger and stronger one of the two imo.

Rob did a terrible thing to her. I know she has a big mouth and stuff but you can't blame her?! He wouldn't even tell her why he broke up with her? And then he apologizes and it's the first time she hears it. And then she hears that Laura wants to punch her in the face? Right. If I were Marie I would be laughing but I get why she's mad. That's just a joke.

I just know that she is way stonger than her. But we'll see it all in the challenge.
My guess is that since you must pass a drug test in order to be casted for the challenge, we won't be seeing Brandon unless he gets his **** together.
Well, Chris passed the drug AND psychiatric tests. So it must not be that hard.

She would get destroyed in the bad girls club. lol. That is if she's not in there with a bunch of basic b****es.
If she's one of those loud mouth girls that just like to talk **** but never really does anything, then I probably won't like her.
I don't know about that. Laura looks to be in better shape as well as the bigger and stronger one of the two imo.
So? All that matters is how fast you throw punches, how hard you hit, how good you are at not getting hit and whether or not you can take a punch... if you do happen to get hit. I've seen tiny girls beat up huge b****es.
I seriously can't help but laugh about people thinking LaToya would be outmatched on TBGC. Even though the show is generally garbage (other than season 2 and the one that's airing now), the girls have nothing on her. LaToya also backs up her **** as well. Meghan and Julie would het their ***** handed to them.
Now concerning Marie, I'm a little iffy about, *hides from objects*

Basic on TBGC, impossible.
Latoya is like Catya, you just love her.

Latoya would be great! Marie? I don't know about her? She's stands up for herself and I think she would easily bounce back when her *** got beat, just like Julie. But I don't think she's strong.

Clearly you don't know much about fighting or you would understand how big of a factor size and strength are. There is a reason for weight classes, trust me.

I didn't watch the St Thomas. I just read through comments. So I don't completely know who she is. Even though I love her. I still think she'd get destroyed... depending on who's she's with. It she were on any of the recent seasons, she'd be fine. I wouldn't be too quick to say that about Meghan though. She was able to hold her own pretty well.
If Marie is a "Jenn" then she'd probably get stomped. But I can't say for sure yet.

Depending on what setting we're talking about. I'm talking about a straight b**** fight. You're talking about weight classes like they're going to be hopping in a UFC arena... ring... or whatever. A b**** fight has no weight classes.
I think the entire cast is pretty screwed up, even Robb, who seemed like the nicest, most real cast member, injures himself. Then, he was a complete ***** to Marie... breaking up with her via text and not returning her texts asking why, and wearing the bracelet and shoes at the reunion. At least he could own up to being an *****. Marie was pissed at the reunion, and rightfully so.
I realize that Marie and Latoya are both loud and can be *****y and mean, especially when Marie is drunk, but I definitely prefer them to Laura. They have a great bond, and I think the two of them, along with Robb, could be hilarious at times. Laura seems very nice and laidback, but she was also incredibly immature and pathetic. I couldn't stand her whiny baby talk and pouting. She threw herself at Trey, knowing he had a girl waiting for him back home, and then she continued to throw herself at him after he asked her to back off.
I think Trey was the worst person in the house. He'd get pissed off at both Chelsea and Laura for just talking to other guys, yet he's sleeping with both of them. Both girls would be better off without him. The only time Laura was the least bit entertaining, Trey got on her case for being drunk. I loved how he could [FINALLY] own up to being a hypocrite at the reunion, but he didn't think he was a *********. Dude, you're the epitome of a *********.
Swift and his hissy fits were just annoying. The guy could barely string together a sentence, especially when he was heated. I loved that during his interview at Ocean World (?), he mentioned something about being a great public speaker. Ha!

What about Brandon?
What about Brandon?
Brandon seemed like a nice enough guy, but I thought he was kind of embarrassing to watch. He came across as very desperate (and pathetic) when it came to women.
It's too bad that Brandon wasn't able to stay clean, but it's a difficult habit to kick. It usually takes a few tries and the person has to want to get clean, and he doesn't. It's a real shame that he glorified his drug use. That wasn't cool.

I agree with you about Brandon...He seems cool but he needs to realize that doing drugs and sleeping on people's couches are nothing to be proud of and it's nothing to glorify either. And he did seem desperate with girls...I mean the fact that he threw away his sobriety over a girl he probably didn't even **** speaks volumes. Not to mention his little obssession with Laura at the beginning of the season.
