The Real World: St. Thomas - 99 Problems But the Beach Ain't One
Laura and Trey's romance starts to heat up, but he worries things are moving too quickly. Robb takes a late-night trip to Marie's bed. The roommates take pity on Brandon after his attention getting diary masterstroke.
i feel like this is gonna be a boring episode...
& the fact its 4th of July doesnt help.
The ratings might drop from a .6 to a .5 i fear
This could be looked at as counter programming on the 4th, but I agree with most that it was a bad idea to air this week and ratings are going to be horrid.
How can The Real World compete with The Boston Pops? They can't :D
p.s. Yes, I know Tchaikovsky actually composed this overture to commemorate Russia's victory over the forces of Napoleon, but I love cannon, church bells and The Pops!
LOL Robb looks so washed out in that pic that I think he missed Marie's bed and ended up in an **** with the casts of Vampire Diaries and Twilight instead.

Unless Justin Bieber is there, the Boston Pops is a totally different viewing demographic.
If it's a "boring" episode then maybe airing it on a holiday just to get it out of the way might be a good idea even if your ratings will get a beating, No? haha.

Why I think that this will be the best episode they have shown so far this season. (What can I say, some see the glass is half-empty, some see it as half-full, and I see it as ready for some booze LOL)

You just have to turn it into a drinking game. :D
Drink every time Laura says she's adopted.
Drink every time Brandon looks like a loner.
Drink every time Trey takes his shirt off.
Drink every time a Teen Mom commercials comes on.
And so on...

Right there is enough to kill the average 380 pound linebacker of alcohol poisoning, drinking O'Douls...
Unless you are from Boston.
But you lived in Southie. Your only interest in the Boston Pops should be that it provides a pool of pockets to pick and tennis bracelets to swipe. Go get Brandon Kane and get on it, Thug. :sarcastic_hand:.
I don't know... I'm really liking this season even if it's not so dramatic so far (besides Brandon of course). My only problem is that with the editing everything is just going by SO. FAST.
Marie and Brandon fall hard for people, it's scary.
I'm not a fan of Trey either. But because he lives in the same area as me I feel like i need to at least like him a little haha.
Still a huge fan of Laura though. Robb is growing on me too.
This may go down in history as the first season of Real World I stop watching...This cast just does nothing for me.
You mean... you FINISHED watching SD2?! Sike nah haha. The only ones I fully watched (starting at DC since thats when I really started watching) are DC & LV2...STT will for sure be fully watched just cause of Laura.
I'm not really liking Trey, Marie, or Rob, there kind of getting on my nerves.
P.S If Brandon's really good in the water like that then he could do well on the challenges.
Rob grew on me. Actually Rob, Marie and Toya are my favorites now.
Swift and Brandon are decent. Laura... meh.
Trey is like a watered down Brad, I like him the least.
This cast is really-really fun.
Why do I feel like Marie is everything Ashley from SD2 should have been?
It's still early yet so I don't want to conclusion jump but I'm so far not a Brandon fan. It's not the walking-to-the-beat-of-his-own-drum-ness that I mind...I'm glad they're not all clones...but I feel like he's going to try too hard to fit in. I thought he stepped past playful into *** territory when he was making fun of Rob in the kayaks and after his whole "I'm all alone" speech last episode he's talking about how he's just gonna take home a hot piece of *** and bang her out. Chill out buddy.

You have got to watch some of the older seasons. I'm talking about anything from season 1 to at least the season 15. You missed out on the good years.
I liked last weeks episode but something is missing. I don't think its the show I just think I have outgrown it. After all, I have been watching it since the beginning of time.
Brandon wouldn't annoy me so much if it wasn't trying so hard. I don't care that he think he's "different" but the whole "I'm gonna take this girl home and I hope everyone notices and sees how cool I am" makes him look like a tool. If anything, it made him look even more dumb. But live and learn, right?
Toya is still my favorite, want to see more of her.
The redheaded chick seems like the clingy type, and Trey seems to notice that. She's all worried about this girl back him, what is she worried about? He's not in a relationship, they've already kissed, so she's worried aobut someone so far away? Clingy for sure.

Oh that is an understatement.
I am already at the point where I am hitting mute whenever Brandon is speaking and they have the ********* confessional set up of any RW I have seen.
It's like he's still living in high school where acting like that was considered the coolest thing ever, lol.
