How long will it take for someone to sign up here and constantly make "Pumpkin is a wonderful human being" speeches? ;)
ROFL. I have been resisting the temptation to draw some parallels between him and Dustin Zito regarding pumpkins but if he's not gay, I'm not sure they would be as endearing.
Why wont she just join Vevmo?! She could at least get on and correct information if its truly upsetting her that much that she has to update her facebook every 10 minutes about it.
But I really wish he was gay . A gay football playing fraternity boy would have been very interesting, but now I see him as nothing special (besides his education) so I really want to see what makes him different when his bio comes out..or until his mother post about it on her FB.
Nothing special about his degree. It's great he has one but there was an attractive guy with a very interesting background that had his masters and was 21 and so far I haven't seen him in any of these pictures.

I agree. There is nothing interesting about a 21 y.o. college jock, frat boy, who majors in engineering. There has to be some other reason that BMP cast him... because we've seen a bunch a frat boy college jocks...
How do we know he was in Sig Ep frat? I looked on their website at Missouri University of Science and Technology and he was not listed as a member.
There was an athletic page that said he was Sig Ep in the bio.
Wow Grain Valley! That's pretty close to where I am!
Yay for finally getting someone from Missouri!
Wasn't Devyn from Brooklyn and Dan Walsh from the Challenges from the big Mo'? Seems to me like I have heard of others from there but those jump at me first.

Emily from DC is also from Missouri.

David Leech (RR:VR - same season as Dan) is another from MO (Kansas City.)

Frankie from the first San Diego season was from Kansas City, and Mike from the London season was from St. Louis
Way to make me look stupid guys haha...
I guess what I was trying to say is that it's nice to see someone from my home state rather than having them all from California or Boston.

LOL Our pleasure. I've always thought if you were from Missouri or Pennsylvania your odds of getting cast on an MTV show were better for whatever reason. Maybe they like the accents.
Hey has anyone thought to ask his mom for the other peoples names? I'm sure she would help us out...maybe.
I mean she does seem like a mother who would be kind and helpful if you don't mess with her son...

She has signed a confidentiality agreement that prevents her from saying anything (although she hasn't appeared to follow it with all of the Facebook posts referring to her son being on the Real World) and I would guess that after reading all of them, BMP has had a conversation with her regarding spilling any more information.
Best to leave it (and her) alone for now. The info will come when it comes.
Not to mention, I highly doubt she would help.

Seems like he is a mamas boy and she misses him. She thought her profile was secured but not until after we found out what she spilled.
Obviously it would be nice for her to join as any other jane doe and help us out.
But like you said highly doubtful.

Oh, she's more than welcome to do that. But I doubt she would join, say "Hi, I'm Nate's mom, let me tell you everything he's told me so far", and go from there.
Who knows, maybe she's already a member...
I doubt Pumpkin is his real nickname its probably just like sweeteart or something.
Well...yeah lol, that's why we're all calling him a mama's boy. Well, that, and the fact that somebody posted the picture of him looking like a baby with the nice label :blum3:
The pumpkin thing is funny, but it doesn't make him a momma's boy in the sissy sense. My mom has gone through phases calling me embarrassing things similar to that and my friends mom's do that to their kids too. I don't really mind her defending her son, but I just hope that she is prepared for what life will be like once the show airs. People are going to be making real personal attacks on his character, his upbringing, and everything far more serious and personal than my comment not even about her son in particular that got her mad.

Morris, friend, not all of us...
Personally, I think it is immature and a little childish. In fact it seems to me that a case can be made for it to be a bullying tactic akin to schoolyard name calling.
It also seems a little foolish since it gives credibility to the MTV and BMP view that vevmo is a hostile place, unworthy of their engagement.
Such comments also become known to cast members. More of them used to post here. Not hard to figure out why...

My mistake, because if you notice, I didn't call him that either. I was just clarrifying that it shouldn't be taken seriously because I doubt anybody on here who did use the phrase wasn't seriously going to watch the season and only refer to him as "mama's boy".
I should've said "they're", my bad.
But anyways, if he did end up being gay (though his mom is pretty sure that he isn't), that'd be really interesting. I think it'd be a sort of refresher to see that kind of profile on the show.

I knew it wasn't you, personally. ;)
Pumpkin?? Really?
Definitely not as cool as your nickname.. But I love calling people "Pumpkin". I think it's cute. lol

That and calling people "baby, baby, baby, oooh".

This is what burns me up, V1. I know this is a stretch but they can't get mad because we sometimes break the news first. They know they love us. I mean Vevmo is not as hostile as their fans registered on mtv.com.

I know for a fact that the opposite is true. It's not the readers they dislike, because are all viewers, love the show or hate it. I suspect what the dislike is that they don't control the agenda or timing here.

It's different when he has a picture that says "Momma's Boy" on it.
