IA, Back To New Orleans was a pretty good season. Same with Hollywood. The only bad seasons within the last couple years has been the last 3.
I honestly think the last seasons that I really enjoyed and where I cared about the cast were Hollywood and Brooklyn. I loved how diverse the cast was, how they dealt with real problems instead of just yelling at each other. After the disaster that was San Diego 2 I completely skipped Saint Thomas and stopped watching Portland after a couple episodes of Nia.
It wasn't that SD2 didn't worked well on paper. It had potential. It was that certain people did not behave the way in front of the cameras as they have let casting ppl believe they would during the interviews....they were expected to behave differently than they actually did. This had been one of the main reasons why the filming was cut short.IIRC
Can you get ejected from the house on Real World for fighting, like the Challenge house?
This is all so off-topic... Here's something on topic: when do we get to see the rabbit punch that Nia delivers to Averey and why does it happen? ... I did think it was kind of oblivious of Nia to just walk in and not realize that Averey was so ***** she was in the process of rocking the headboard with Johnny.
Can you get ejected from the house on Real World for fighting, like the Challenge house?
Not by the producers, but if you hit a fellow cast member then they have the choice to send you home.

Is the story line of the season advanced or diminished by the assaulting party's departure? Can the "assault," ensuing cast discussion and eventual departure of the offender be separated into two or three successive shows along with an aftershow or two and then a return on the reunion show to capture a specific audience type for several weeks? [This works really well if the offending cast member is growing in popularity] Will the available replacement (if one is replaced)appeal to a specific segment of the demographic? Does that replacement "own" the camera? In short, production will influence the "decision" of the assaulted cast member -- or the entire cast will collectively decide, depending upon production values and circumstances involved. I hope you really don't believe the PR you've heard about how people leave the show. Production is 100% involved and in control.
This is all so off-topic... She was using the moment as "camera time" to rehabilitate her character. By the time that footage was shot for this episode, the raw video from what would later become the earlier episodes had been screened in CA and NY by show executives. A "softer, more gentle" Nia was called for, and that's the performance she gave us last night. Having Johnny and Avery in the middle of something at that very moment plays right into BMP's wheelhouse. Yes, yes, yes... everyone knew exactly what was happening and why.
Wow, how badly we apparently have failed to educate people about Reality TV production.
LOL. No offense V1 but it's not that serious, lol. Like is this real life?
So I probably won't be able to see this episode because of the weather screwing with my television. But sounds like Bird's having a breakdown. Dang, these females are cray cray! Doesn't sound like I'm missing much though.
Same here. I don't even care to see what's up with Ana though anyway.
LOL. No offense V1 but it's not that serious, lol. Like is this real life?
It's hyperbole... Look it up if you're unsure of its meaning. No, it's obviously not real life, but the lack of awareness is a little sad, is it not?
True. All I am saying is knowing every waking detail does take the fun of it, does it not?
True. All I am saying is knowing every waking detail does take the fun of it, does it not?
Not for me, but then I'm not a "fan-viewer."
I just wanted to say I actually like 3 people on this season. The 3 being Avery, Anastasia, and Jordan. Thats an improvement over the past couple of seasons. This season really isnt getting the ratings it deserves in my opinion. Its been better than the past 2. Actually have Wednesday 10 pm penciled in for a change.
I just wanted to say I actually like 3 people on this season. The 3 being Avery, Anastasia, and Jordan.
Don't forget about Daisy! And yeah, it is an improvement. I don't think I liked one person on San Diego 2. This last episode barely featured Nia and it was actually watchable!
Not sure if anyone else saw the latest rant:
...what?
...what?
Given that lying seems to be a profession for Nia, I'll take it with a grain of salt. She just might be the RW's version of Amanda Bynes at this rate.
I think I may be alone on this one but I really want to like Nia. The way she took up for Ana this episode and stood by Jessica. Some of the stuff she does makes me really want to like this girl but when she does publicity **** like this on twitter it's like. ...really? Someone tweet her and tell her to join Vevmo like Joi
Nia needs to realize that if she isn't lying, production can easily deduct her pay for breaking the contract Then again, I'm not sure how much she was making from the show anyway
Other than a check for the appearance on the reunion, there is nothing left to pay Nia. The cast is paid weekly or bi-weekly while the show is shot. What they get for appearing on the show often doesn't completely reimburse cast members for their ongoing expenses back home.
She's just pathetic. I wouldn't believe one word coming out of her mouth.
Given that lying seems to be a profession for Nia, I'll take it with a grain of salt. She just might be the RW's version of Amanda Bynes at this rate.
Just, no. Amanda has been very very disrespectful to a lot of people. I'm sure Nia doesn't take domestic violence likely.
Just, no. Amanda has been very very disrespectful to a lot of people. I'm sure Nia doesn't take domestic violence likely.
Nia may not but her actions and words to date are proving to be fuel for my opinion. Is Amanda worse than Nia? Absolutely, but they are both in denial by thinking they are always in the right and they are or can get away with anything.
Sorry to ask, but what did Amanda do to be put into discussion about Nia?

I don't believe her. All of that sounds ridiculous.
At least with Frank he did his **** but owned it. Nia not only makes excuses and refuses to take responsibility but then tries to play victim. It's beyond annoying.
Sorry to ask, but what did Amanda do to be put into discussion about Nia?
good question however when you're a ***** **** happens. lol
Sorry to ask, but what did Amanda do to be put into discussion about Nia?
Perhaps there are those who think both are ******* nuts? :abnormal:
Sorry to ask, but what did Amanda do to be put into discussion about Nia?
I was comparing the similarities between how Nia was acting and how the delusional Amanda does act. I thought I had made that clear to some extent in the post above your question.
...they are both in denial by thinking they are always in the right and they are or can get away with anything.
Amanda is suing the NYPD for entering her apartment uninvited when the police report lists probable cause due to the marijuana smoke that came out her front door when she opened it and then she threw her bong out the window. She also has taken aim at a lot of people on Twitter. When Courtney Love says you need to "get it together, dude" regarding your drug abuse, that's a problem. Even without the Amanda Bynes comparison, both Debut Album and KevinW are seeing what I'm seeing regarding Nia's actions.
