There are pictures on her facebook with him so I'm assuming that they are dating.

What I don't understand is that it appears the entire cast hate Ryan now but Preston was the one who actually left because everyone hated him. Surely the cast would side with one of them, maybe Preston left because he got violent not because everyone hated him.

Not really a spoiler I don't think but I saw on my guide today that the info for tonight's episode was something along the lines of "the intense hatred Ryan and Preston have for one another culminates in a way nobody could expect and McKenzie's heavy drinking at the Superbowl causes the roommates to worry for her safety". Anybody think this is actually info for a later episode? I'm guessing the toothbrush incident episode. Especially since episode appears to be more Knight/Jemmye stuff and also because we really haven't seen much "intense hatred" between Preston and Ryan just yet.

the argument between Preston and Ryan and Preston ******* on Ryan's toothbrush is in the next episode (Ep. 4), however, Ryan's discovery of the prank and what Preston did to his toothbrush is found out in a later episode.

Oddly, they're replaying Ep3 at 8 instead of 9, an sandwiching Teen Mom in between.

Whats going on with the After shows this season, are there any? Surely the toothbrush incident will get one next week.

Week 5 Description: "As Jemmye struggles with her decision to build a new relationship with Knight or stay with her boyfriend back home, a secret about her past leaves Knight shocked, and McKenzie's heavy consumption of alcohol will be addressed. TV-14"

This is getting good. I'm so excited to see the Mckenzie storyline and the reaction to the toothbrush incident.
