Recently his life was turned upside down after a severe shoulder injury cost him his athletic/academic scholarship at Arizona State University and left him unable to play the sport. During recovery he became addicted to painkillers, and now everyday is a battle to remain clean. Reclaiming his life, Knight is currently teaching hockey clinics to children and pursuing his marketing degree at University of Milwaukee. Although he's known for his promiscuity, he's not afraid to show his romantic side when he finds the right girl, which just might happen to be a fellow roommate. Knight is most excited to move to New Orleans so that he can get away from all the negative influences in his life back home. He loves hockey and drinking, and once racked up 36 minutes in penalties in one game. He's also a big fan of flip cup and beer pong. He appears to have one older and one younger sister. Given the time he graduated from high school (in 2005) and the time he was playing hockey in Wisconsin (2006-2008) it is possible that he took a couple of years off and played hockey before going off to college, which would place him as a current student at ASU, not a graduate or a dropout.

I'm assuming that he took classes at a community college in Wisconsin while playing hockey, so he could have transferred. But it doesn't exactly make sense to be at a JC for three years and then transferring to a 4-year program; most people do it after two. The only thing I could think of is if he did the extended program since I know they do have one, but I'm fairly sure that he was living in the ASU area before relocating to New Orleans. So it's possible that he did the extended program while in Wisconsin and then went to Tempe to complete his degree. Then again, I don't know how ASU handles their students who take a leave of absence. Either way, it's best to stop the speculation until we get more information.

from personally meeting the cast he is one of the biggest ****** you will ever meet. i know everyone has their own opinions but to me the coolest guys are eric and ryan. the coolest chicks are ashlee and jimmy. but hey you can watch the season when it comes out and make your own decisions. just don't want anyone to be upset. lol

Lets leave the negative opinions towards a roommate to yourself and let the audience judge. I don't want anyone disliking the guy before you even get a chance to meet him.

We're not close friends but I see him a few times a year (usually at the bars) when I go back home. From what I remember he went to ASU right after high school and was only there for a short time (year or so) then came back to WI and went to UW-Milwaukee I believe. I'm not positive but I don't think he graduated yet. I heard the rumor that he was going to be on this show a while ago but didn't believe it! But after seeing these threads and getting confirmations from some of my good friends that are good friends with him I am now convinced. Some of my friends signed some waivers so that they could fly down and visit him so I'm anxious to see how it goes. He is a great match for this show though, he's a party animal and is really funny. I won't be surprised if he hooks up with the hottest girl(s) in the house as well as many other girls he meets while down in New Orleans. I bet he's lovin' this experience.

He does come off as an ***** to some people but speaking as someone who knows him somewhat I think he's more of a funny guy and he will most likely not be boring on the show. I hung out w/him and my other friends in October before he left for the show and in that time he managed to get my friend (whose place we were staying at) in trouble with my friends landlord for urinating on the carpet outside of my friends door of his apartment! We were drunk of course, but who does that?! haha
