Real World with the most departures
which season is it? and didn't two people from Hawaii leave?
I am not sure. A lot of times people leave of their own inclination, so I don't think that counts as a 'kick off'. I thought the only person that left on Hawaii was Justin possibly, the gay guy. I think that was his name. Ruthie went to rehab but came back. I think the only seasons where two people have left were Sydney and Hollywood, both cases where one was booted and the other left on their own accord. But I'll try to stretch my memory muscles and think farther back.
For right the moment Sydney and Hollywood are the only two that can come to mind in terms of most people departing. There is a nagging part of me that wants to say another than came earlier but I can't think of any other ones.

oh yeah i remember, Los Angeles
Wasn't that again two? Kevin getting the boot and Irene leaving because she got hitched?? (Goodness, can you imagine any of these RW chicks currently on the show getting married?)
Wasn't that again two? Kevin getting the boot and Irene leaving because she got hitched??
'twas David. Kevin was Season One's token black dude. I haven't seen Paris, San Diego, or Philadelphia. But if no one was booted from those three, I'm pretty sure that 2 is the max (with one ejected & one just taking off being the running theme).
I'm pretty sure it was Hollywood and Sydney too....I wonder how many alternates BMP has just waiting...I mean if 3 or more people leave then thats just a completely new cast
Oh yeah Los Angeles had two as well I completely forgot about that one so two seems to be the magic number right now. And it always seems one is kicked off while the other leaves on their own.

thanks guys
What's interesting about San Fran was Puck didn't actually hit anyone or anything, the roommates all just had the power to vote him out of the house just for disliking him. I wonder when they changed that rule, because I seriously don't think that can happen anymore otherwise it would probably happen every season.

Also, david from the Venice beach house didn't up and hit anyone, but his actions made the girls feel unsafe & was told to leave for that reason. I think the the rule is that if you pose some sort of physical threat to someone, you have go (and it's much more clear-cut if one person hauls off and hits another). I don't know if they changed the rule so much as they just haven't had any more situations where someone's health was at stake or someone felt sexually threatened. Then again, it could just be that the producers of old had more regard for the various manifestations of 'threat' and 'safety.' Hmm.. how many producers, I wonder, has the show gone through in all its 20 seasons? and how long is a typical tenure? (anybody know?)
That David shit was whack. He really didn't do anything wrong.

The rules seem to change over the years as it seems that same situations or at least similar are treated different. It's weird but yeah maybe it's just back then the producers just were more strict and now they've loosened it up a bit. Still drinking and sex are what Real World has been about for the most part since Las Vegas so it really isn't the same as it was.
