That is annoying, but poor players don't affect your odds in Blackjack.
It is if they're affecting the cards that are coming out afterward. If the dealer has a 5 up and you see a guy hit on a 15 and get a 10 and you're the guy to his left with an 11 that doubles down and ends up getting a 3...that's annoying and it can affect your odds of winning (only if the dealer wins, though).

Yeah, what i'm saying is that it can equally affect you positively or negatively. The guy hitting on a 15 could get the 3 and then you on the left with a double down on 11 could get a face card after that.
Other people playing against the book doesn't change your odds. In the old days it would when people could count cards, but the casino has prevented that by adding in more decks.

I just hate playing with stupids! Go with me on this one, haha.

Haha, I agree it's easy to get mad at them. I lost $150 last time I went to AC.
All the billions you guys win at gambling comes from the pockets of the people who don't know how to play, so stop hating on tourists why don'tcha. I have only gambled in a casino a few times and I am one of those folks who will intentionally mess up others' games if it isn't gonna work out for me. Heck, might as well get a little enjoyment out of the money I have already lost :smoke:
I loved how Adams description of the night got more and more over the top. First the bouncers had to come and chuck him out, then it was five bouncers, then it was ten bouncers and by the after show he was fighting them all and having them have to carry him out. I wonder how far it'll get, if by the reunion it'll be "I had to fight my way through 200 bouncers and they were armed with AK47's and rocket launchers! I nearly had them too!"

"... and fortunately none of them were women because I am really shy around women and I don't got game when it comes to girls."
My only real problem with Dustin is he sounds exactly like my least favorite actor in the whole world--John Travolta. Adam for me would be like friending a vampire--okay during the day but don't go out at night with him. My respect for Mike and Heather is waning. Leroy is kind of funny though I am surprised they do not blur over his Hulk tat unless Marvel is paying promotional fees. Naomi is still my fav of the females.
Am I the only one who likes how ******* Mike-Mike is being? It's a good look on him.
I really liked that too! hahahaha.
I felt bad for him since he said he wouldn't at first and he'd buy drinks for everyone. Then everyone else told Heather to do it and she made the first move. Kind of funny and shocking when none of them outrightly took his side when Dustin was having his B**** fit.
I loved Mike in this episode "I walked over to her, kissed her and I enjoyed it" haahaha.
On another note, I chuckled at Dustin saying "son" and the beginning of every sentence when he was angry. It was like a Dora the explorer tryna be gangster or something.
Shocked at the end when Dustin, when referring to Mike-Mike, only said Mike once...
LOLLLLLLLLLL.
I liked Leroy a lot actually, but lost a little respect for him because he was condoning Dustin's petty behaviour. Still don't like Nany nor Adam. Dustin is eh, Naomi is eh to me also. I didn't like that Heather didn't stand up and say something. Seems like all of them threw Mike under the bus, no one actually letting Dustin know what really happened, fortunately, Mike handled himself well.
Anyone else think just certain parts of the episode are EXTREMELY SCRIPTED, while other parts seem normal? (ex, the beginning when everyone was dancing by the pool, then when all of them were sitting speaking about boyfriends/girlfriends and someone made the joke about Dustin having a boyfriend.)
I didn't really think the pool thing seemed scripted, but I had watched that daily before it aired so I had seen the less edited version of the conversation. Mike was being flaky but his attitude reminded me of Chet when he got in JD's face--seems like a weaker guy trying to hide himself behind the knowledge that if someone hits him then they go so he is less likely to be hit when trying to look tough. This is not over between those two--if you creep through the previews in episode 1, you will see a quick shot of Mike in a white shirt with Dustin in his face with his hands on him. Dustin is going to have his Bill Clinton moment soon enough--by lying about it he will give a cover argument to those who really hate him for the gay for pay thing.
Why was Dustin trying to sound so...erm...gangster, or something? It made me crack up.
At this point, I'm kind of annoyed by everyone LOL. I like Naomi the best so far, because I usually tend to like the "background" characters a lot more. Leroy is pretty cool, and I like Heather and Mike as well. Nany just rubs me the wrong way, and Adam is just too much. Oh, and Dustin is...crazy, pretty much.
Zito looked like an idiot. 'MIKE MIKE, MIKE MIKE' he has some problems or what?
I really liked Leroy, guy is fun.
Adam acts like a child, looks funny...

Actually, the nickname "Mike Mike" comes from Michael knowing about where things were in Vegas and being compared to a TomTom GPS system. So no, he doesn't "has some problems or what". It's a nickname.
Dustin was hysterical. I couldn't help but to laugh during his confessional. He looked like he was going to have a seizure. "Never, ever in the history of everdom."
Nany grew a bit on me more on this episode. While heather kinda dropped. What's her deal? why didn't she stick up. She just ran to girls and told them.
Adam is such a loser, I think it's funny how he thinks he's such a bad-***. There is a camera ***** if i've ever (in the history of everdom, I might add) seen one. He has, what I like to call, camera *****itis.
I like Mike Mike and Naomi. Naomi hasn't done much so she is still cool!
Dustin seems like he's acting or rehearsing lines.
I completely agree. He's used to being on camera and my guess is that he will be the most not-real Real Worlder ever because of that. He's playing to what he thinks the audience wants (like he did on Fratpad).
I really like this episode alot. It was good from start to finish just like New Orleans 2. I loved the look on Nany's face when Adam said he was joking about his situation, priceless. Dustin needs to grow up. Mike sounded like he was reading his "You don't own her" line. I mean it was so forced. As for Adam, that was crazy how he came into the suite and tried to close the door on them. Like was he paranoid or something? This season is turning out to be really good. I like the original Las Vegas as well but this is getting good too.
I really do hope that Adam telling his story ends up being like how Hulk Hogan tells his story of slamming Andre The Giant at WrestleMania 3 every new time he tells it.
Wow. Dustin has gone from my 2nd favorite straight down to the bottom. He is such a whiny b**** this episode. I think Mike handled the situation pretty well, he didn't even give the kiss the green-light and offered to buy everyone a drink. Dustin's tantrum was hilarious for the first five minutes. Then "Mike Mike proceeded to provoke me, I mean, he went as far as to say I kissed her and I liked it!" the face he makes during that confessional is the equivalent of saying "I am bat-s*** crazy right now!". And the cherry on top was all that stretching he was doing. I mean really dude!? Ugh this season is off to a pretty poor start in my opinion.. the only glimmer of hope is Mike Mike. Hope it gets better.
Good, The sooner Adam goes the better. He's an idiot.
I wonder what kind of jobs they'll get this year? Presumably something to do with casinos or entertainment.

It's on the spoiler thread....
Thanks, but I don't read spoiler threads. I like the suspense.
If you don't like spoilers, how'd you know
that Adam leaves very soon?
Even now that you do, there are people who don't and doesn't wanna know, so I guess that's why we're asked to put spoiler tags around what is or even potentially is a spoiler (as in your post before) as long as it's not in the spoiler thread. :)
Apparently I read it some place, perhaps on the Adam thread or the MTV website. I haven't looked at the spoiler thread.
Thanks for the help with the html (or whatever it is). I've adjusted my post appropriately. Being a newbie and all, I apologize for that mistake and in advance for others I might make.

Just watched finally. So...how old is Adam again? What's a young "man" in his twenties bragging about being in juvie for?! BAHAHAHAHAHA....That's like the opposite of hard. Yep, that's gonna seal the deal buddy.
