Yes, she is really cute. They are trying to make up for the Sydney Cast. ;)

Thank god! over all this is a good looking cast
She is super pretty. I wish my nose peircing! My old job pretty much made me take it out, but maybe I'll get it done again.
As far as Sydney, I actually think that Kelly Anne really is a very pretty girl. Dimwitted yes, but pretty none the less.

I thought so too at first I think her attitude as of lately has put me off.
Based on her MySpace she's still not that "real" black girl that the show has been lacking since Coral (even though I think that no one was as real as Gladys on RR: Latin America) but I think it would be really interesting if they put a girl like her on the same season as a "real" black girl (obviously not going to happen this season). but hey she could be fooling us all! (and depending on when she joins the cast it might not even matter)

I see what you mean except, maybe the phrase should be more along the lines of "Sterotypical black girl" instead of "real black girl" because no matter how she acts, she is still a real black american girl no matter how you look at it. I love Coral but I honestly don't think I watched her Real World season...only some of it so I don't remember how she acted then. On challenges she seems to play it (the sterotypical role) up for the camera but that is just my opinion.

yeah thats why I put quotations around "real" because like you said no matter how she or any other Black person may act they are still gonna be Black. btw I really like the fact that you said black american instead of African American because many of us do not have any direct ties to Africa at all and I prefer the term Black American the most over anything

Yeah I feel the same, my husband is half Black and half Hispanic but his Black family has no ties to Africa either, I feel that if our ancestors were taken from Africa way back when the country was first being established, then they are still considered american just like the English that came here at the same time, I don't ever hear a white american refer to thierself as an "English American" or and "England American so why should it be any different for any other american. I could understand if you migrated and eventually obtained citizenship here, but it is different if you were born here to a long line of family that has lived here just as long as anyone else.

ive never heard anyone say "black american" trust me im black, live in a black neighborhood, go to a black college, & of course grew up in a black family, we call ourselves 'black' or 'african american', but mostly just black, ive never heard someone call me or anyone "black american" i have no problem with that at all but thats the 1st time i ever heard that to be honest with you & i dont care what you call me just make sure it aint *****, ***** or anything disrespectful
but to get back to topic shes a really pretty girl and seems nice

We would never :)
welcome to the site!!!
She is a very pretty girl! I can't wait until I turn 18 LOL I would lovee to join teh Real World crew someday.
I couldn't help but comment on the whole 'black american' thing... Lol that's unique I never heard that! Haha! But I don't know the real attitude behind your words (coral_doesn't_wrestle) but I don't think when people came up with the idea of 'African American' they were saying that they CAME from Africa directly. Technically we are all decedents from Africa, because that's where the first people were found, thanks to science. =D! Besides the words BLACK, COLORED, NEGRO, etc. etc. were named given to us BY THE WHITE MAN. And 'African American' was the first term we came up with by ourselves, instead of just following the term 'Black' because it's like they're naming us like a dog or something, and expect us to follow by that term.
I'm not saying calling yourself 'Black American' is wrong. But think about it. I'm really a Creole, but I prefer African American because I'm proud to say that mine, and yours, are decedents from Africa just as the white man, the brown man, and anyone else really. Sorry, just the whole conversation there came off as an 'WE'RE NOT AFRICAN WE'RE BLACK' in a negative way.
care to upload the preview not the next on but mtv preview. i don't really have cable.
I don't have and didn't see the preview. I was just told she was in the preview.
Oh...and that she is cooler then Nick. ;)
The only thing Brit might have cooler than mine is the A/C in her car...
- love ya Brit ;)
cough *hater* cough
LOL :)
Hopefully she and Bri get along, and she doesn't group herself in with the mean girls.
Brianna doesn't look like Brit's type. I think Sarah is more likely to bond with Brittini.
I love the fact that she could sit and eat Popeye's with Brianna and talk about boys, Classic! :)

Sigh I don't think that matters much lol, but then again that is just me, all I want to make sure is that they are human and I'm cool with that :)
Whatever floats ya boat I guess!

I wonder if their closeness lasts. There are a few people in the house that aren't really cool with the whole stripper thing.
he is though.
I know...it's just that Bri asked it out of nowhere and it was apropos of nothing, which made it so funny to me. It's like, why does it matter?
Some people are way too preoccupied with race.
