Yeah this season has that weird mix where I actually really enjoyed the season while actually disliking much of the cast.
I love Hailey and Arielle, like Brian/Jenna/Ashley C (she was great in what little we saw of her), and I usually liked Jenny. Indifferent towards Lauren.
The others? eh. I think by the end I decided Jay was probably my least favorite, but he had some stiff competition with Jamie and Thomas. And Cory sucked too.
Ashley M also kind of sucks but she has the benefit of only being in a few episodes. The others had way more episodes of ****ty behavior. And, weirdly sometimes I kind of like Ashley M. If anything, she's entertaining and brings some solid humor. Plus, she hates Jamie so that counts for a lot.
Is it bad that I end disliking most of the cast?
The only ones I really like are Hailey, Arielle and Brian.
Indifferent Ashley C and Jenna.

Dislike Jay/Cory/Thomas and jamie
Cory looks like the Disney star Corbin Bleu and I just can't take someone like that serious.
The "OGs" especially Cory , Thomas and Jay tried way too hard and ended up looking corny. I don't think any of them have real friends at home and bonded over that.
Hailey was smart for leaving when she did and I hope they give her a shot on the challenge. Also really liked Brian and thought his edit was just bad to go with being an ex in the house.
Would have loved to see Ashley M. stay a little longer. Her and Jenny really seemed to be comedy together.

Cory and I kinda look alike. So...will you still take me seriously?

My opinion to a T!
That Reunion was so Boring.
But LOL @ Them pretending that they didn't do The Real World just to get on a challenge. That's probably the reason most of them did it.

Yea they didn't cover any good stuff or just brushed over it. And the roommates seemed like they were over a lot of what happened on the show. Which I think is a breath of fresh air. I can't stand it when grown people argue over issues that they had months ago. It's awkward. So I like that everyone was being real and mature.
The only OGS I like are Jenny & Arielle. The rest literally think they are better than all the EXES especially Jamie and Corey... When in reality everyone loved the exes and hated the actual cast.

Ashley M coming back was totally useless and could've been dealt with on the 1st aftershow, to be honest. Her and Jamie's fight was repetitive as was the beef with Jay. It was a waste of airtime, especially since they filmed for six hours and I'm sure there were much more interesting discussions. Like if Brian bodyslamming Arielle was a joke or not and how their relationship worked, rather than the 724142432th discussion about how Jamie "doesn't respect Ashley as a person". SMH.
But yeah, I agree that it was cool how most of them seemed over the bull****.
The social media arguments that are apparently why Cory and Jenny don't talk, though, my god. I had to unfollow everyone on twitter except Hailey, Ashley C, Brian and Arielle because the rest are all so childish and passive-aggressive.
Side note: it happens every year on every MTV show, but it irritates me when the reunion is edited so that they show clips of the cast in the present day and then there's zero discussion of it afterwards. I cringe every time the host makes an awkward segue, and Nessa especially after the Arielle/Ashley segment when she tried to introduce Ashley M back into it? Awkward as hell, MTV needs to edit more smoothly.

Well Ashley was apart of the cast so she needed to be there but I don't think she needed some grand entrance. I feel Cory is the producers favorite this season. He was the only person who didn't get a "maybe I overreacted" moment. They didn't even touch on the fight, his treatment of Jenny and Lauren. They put Brian on blast though, saying that his drunk night was possibly for camera time, and how Jenny possibly only got back with Brian because Cory stopped talking to her... and when both Brian and Cory raised their hands for the challenge, they only show Nessa asking Cory about it...
Also, Jenny said that the finale they saw before filming the reunion was different than what was aired last week. They brought her back to the studio a few weeks prior and told her that they were going to change some scenes around. And it seems like they edited it to make it more Cory centric (based on Jay's interview).

Yeah I guess she needed to be there but to me the first aftershow could've functioned as an exit interview? Although I suppose they brought Joi back last season, so it's par for the course. Anyway, I don't think they needed to spend nearly as much time as they did on her.
Cory definitely seems like a producer favourite, but I feel like most of his "issues" took place before the last aftershow so that's probably why they didn't get into them that much.
I don't know if I trust Jay in interviews :P But that story makes sense.

Well I just said that because Jay said in the final they saw it showed him more so dealing with Brian in his drunken meltdown. But the final we saw it was more about Cory being the hero of the night tackling Brian to save the damsel in distress aka Jenny.

Yeah it seemed that nothing was really talked about. It seemed like a Waste of time.
But I agree. It did seem like the cast was over everything that happened on the show. Everyone seemed all calm and cool.
I agree with Cory being the producer's favorite.
I saw this tweet and I think this is so true.

Everybody knows the last person to leave the house is MVP of the season. So congrats @MTVCoryWharton for joining an elite group of us

lol I'm trying to remember now who was the last castmember to leave in every season. But i can't remember any.
Going Retro here but Julie was the last to leave the house on the original New Orleans season.
Landon was that last one to leave in Philly.
And I think Mallory was the last one to leave on Paris.
Who would you guys most want to see on The Challenge?
Like a lot of people said, I disliekd a majority of the cast but still enjoyed the season which is funny to me LOL. I don't think really anyone has the personality to be interesting enough. Part of me wants to see Cory I guess, and Brian was my favorite guy, but I feel like he'd be just another bland cast member with rarely any tv time. Jenny would be entertaining, but she wouldn't last long at all if she doesn't get in shape.
The only person I would honestly look foward to seeing on a challenge is Hailey because she reminds me of Katie and I can see her being a huge underdog overcoming a few elimination rounds :}

I think Cory, Brian, Hailey and Jenny are locks for the next challenge just based on air time and fan's opinions. Thomas might be in the top position if the next one is Exes 2. For all the others I don't think they are the first choices to get a call for a challenge unless it's a generic theme like Free Agents, Cutthroat etc. Let's face it, besides those five everybody else was not really reality tv worthy and would not bring anything new to the challenge.
So I think
1. Cory, Jenny, Brian and Hailey
2. Thomas
3. Jay and Jamie
4. Everybody else
I think jamie, cory, thomas, hailey, jenny and brian will get calls for the next challenge, it's bmp/mtv choice who they want to put in,personaly I want to see brian, hailey, jenny and cory (just to see how he does) on a challenge, I could care lees about the others.

Hailey looks like Katie but has a complete different personality, given the fact that the OG were forced to live with ex , i'm not judging them to harshly as I'm sure a majority of people would behave similar. I would say Cory/Thomas/Jenny/Lauren/Hailey/Brian , everyone else should stay home.
Order of who I wanna see on a challenge:
1. Jenny - she is hilarious, but I feel like she would be another Devyn
2. Hailey - she has an athletic background so I'm excited to see her
3. Brian
4. Arielle - I fee like she would dominate if she does one, but that's not the case
5. Ashley M. - I know she probably would suck, but she is tv gold and she will probably get into a few fights
6. Cory - from the rest of the guys, he is the one I can tolerate the most
7. Lauren - from the little we saw, I really liked her
8. Jenna - she looks like another Ashley Kelsey
9. Ashley C. - she is boring, but at least she is more likeable than the other ones
10. Thomas - I just wanna see him get crushed
11. Jamie - same than Thomas
12. Jay - I absolutely hate him, and from what it looks he'll be kissing Johnny's ***
Tom and Jamie have no problem that Cory and Lauren fight and make up because they are each other's ride or dies, but Brian and Jenny's are sad and should seek counseling. I know it's different, but it just shows this groups dynamic of how blind they are to their alliance on the shows. Cory treated her like crap on the show when he found out she was pregnant.
Jamie only didn't want Cameron their to steal her spotlight away and Tom said the same about Hailey being there. I have notice the last few seasons of the real world, castmates think they are more and more famous for being on the show than they really are.
This reunion is very bad, but a few challenge commercials and i can't not watch now ..Tom's logic why he should stay and Hailey shouldn't was complete nonsense also.
