Real World DC: White House, Glass House
Ian's visit makes Erika certain of her decision; Andrew's gig gets him into the white house, with MTV's help of course...
I'm hoping for a pivotal episode.
The guy basically said, "MTV opened this door for you and it has nothing to do with your resume..." (I'm paraphrasing, of course.)
Real World DC is on. Any takers? Haha... There is no hiding that this season is crashing in the Vevmo interest category, or the ratings for that matter. Still, I'm going to watch and share my thoughts. (Although I'm saving the nefarious ones for the after action report.)

This should be the best episode..and so far... #FAIL.
I've neverrrrrr been this tempted to just turn it off and do something else. Gah this makes me mad for feeling this way.
This should be the best episode..and so far... #FAIL.
It's like Seinfeld, except in this case, nothing isn't funny. On a side note, getting to see Marine One land on the south lawn would be a cool sight, although I don't get the impression Andrew would appreciate it.
I guess that was the twist. The brought the one guy that could care less about being at the White House, to the White House. Yawn.
Ok..now we are on to the good stuff! [strike]Fake Cancer girl.[/strike] Erika.
That was akward
Erika is g-leaving! Tonya, she's "gleaving??" SHE'S LEAVING! >_<
Looks like only 4 people are watching.
Yeah, looks like the season premiere of South Park won.
Maybe once Erica leaves more people will start watching. She is the reason I get annoyed and change the channel. lol*
Evan--Callie doesn't want him; I want him. He's hot. Erika and her BF (what's his name?) look alike. They're hot. *distraction* There's an ad with a little baby on here, and all I can think is, "MILK-A-WHAAAAT?!"
Ashley not to take Erica's side really, but I wouldn't hang out with your *****y *** either. Seriously, NONE of these chicks seem to be the least bit self-aware.
Ashley not to take Erica's side really, but I wouldn't hang out with your *****y *** either. Seriously, NONE of these chicks seem to be the least bit self-aware.
I'm thinking the same. Ashley's being a ***** about it--if Erika wants to go home, she has every right to go! Who gives a **** if "Ohio isn't [Erika's] home??"
The fact that MTV is not sharing the full story makes this entire piece contextually weak.
Why would anyone take Erika's side? I am confused as to the random Ashley hate here. Erika is not some angel.
Why would anyone take Erika's side? I am confused as to the random Ashley hate here. Erika is not some angel.
My thing is: I understand how irrational Erika is coming across, but I don't see the point in forcing someone to stay when they simply don't want to.
The fact that Erica is a crazy person who faked cancer doesn't make Ashley any more appealing. It's not an either or competition. They are both irritants, just on different levels.
OH MY WORD?! Epiphany?? My brain is hurting...maybe I should have watched Olbermann tonight.
The fact that Erica is a crazy person who faked cancer doesn't make Ashley any more appealing. It's not an either or competition. They are both irritants, just on different levels.
Right. One is an "irritant" because she is living life, speaking her mind and is highly social with views that might not correspond to yours. The other faked a terminal illness, wants to be the center of attention and is very, very mentally ill.
My thing is: I understand how irrational Erika is coming across, but I don't see the point in forcing someone to stay when they simply don't want to.
Her reasons for leaving are ilogical. "I want to work on my career and be famous so I'm leaving this popular tv show that gives me tons of exposure." She is out of her mind.
I love how Josh wasn't with them at the end scene. aha At least next episode is about Mike. It should be good.
Erika is the lamest person in Real World history. Congratulations for beating out the person who shall not be named from Hollywood for that honor.
This episode was very boring. Though Andrew's drawing was really good. I couldn't believe how upset they were that Erica didn't spend her last day with them. That guy Ian should really watch out because Erika seems really unstable.Sidenote: I loved how the editors did that don't walk sign and then the walk poped up it was so perfect. It was really good to see here leave finally.

Did anyone else see the daily where Ashley goes out to talk to Ian and she basically says that if he hurts Erika she'll kill him, lol. And then Erika excuses her of hitting on Ian cause she was touching his arm. She clearly has a lot of issues. The depression part is understanding but all the the other stuff..I don't know.
My thing is: I understand how irrational Erika is coming across, but I don't see the point in forcing someone to stay when they simply don't want to.
Ashley wasn't forcing her to stay at all. She was probably sick of Erica's whining and I don't blame her AT ALL for getting out of the hot-tub over that that ****. Erica pretty much admitted she wanted her roommates to beg her to stay. My gosh just because she is an emotional roller coaster, doesn't mean she needs drain her roommates too. NO ONE CARES. It got old. You keep saying you're gonna leave, leave. Good luck with life.
FINALLY Erica is gone I was tired of her whining.
