Real World DC: Girlfriends and Dead Ends
Andrew falls in love; Erika (who was recently diagnosed with cancer?) questions her place in the house, and is then called out by Callie.

They are so cute!
What happened to that girl Allie Andrew dated? (The spooning chick)
Erika+depression+music=LOVE! I can relate.
I forgot she was on the show...
It's funny, you can tell just from Andrea's body language that she's actually into Andrew, not just because he's got cameras following him around (like all of the other girls he's met thus far). Glad they're still together.
To me, Erika doesn't sound all that good.
To me, Erika doesn't sound all that good.
I agree. And I kind of feel bad for saying this, but it's a shame that some people are lying to her and telling her that she can go places with her voice. She would need to have a great voice in the first place to go anywhere...

This is a good episode, and I like that he's being more serious and not constantly being goofy.
Wow that girl is beautiful and she actually seems really really interested in Andrew.

"Maybe I should just break it off now before it get's infected.... with emotion." Lovin it. Way to be positive Andrew. "We have a good thing going on. I'll just tell myself not to ruin it." Cut to a shot of Andrew looking like Bullwinkle. LOL I love him.
This season blows... hard. Nothing epic or intense happened this season whatsoever. The only remotely interesting storyline was Mike's sexuality. Yea its cute that Andrew finally has a honey, but its not entertaining, and how they are doing good in ratings (if they are) is beyond me.

It's nice to see smiles. I've laughed more than a few times. It's refreshing to know that there doesn't have to be constant *****ing and crying and fighting. No one is drunk yet. Two thumbs up. :)

If I'm being honest, Cancun was a HELL of a lot more interesting than this season, and that is saying a lot!
Whoo, depression is a *****! If that is the case, I'm feeling Erika on this one. I don't agree...but I understand.
OK Erika...blowing it a bit out of proportion. If she wanted the phone to be free, she should have said "hey can we make sure that people are off the phone like 10 min before 2?" instead of "can we make sure that no one's on the phone at 2?"
Be that as it may, but ppl dont watch tv to see cutsy lovey dovey stuff. We want to see intense, drama, comedic television and that is something that the real world has been truly lacking for a while. This episode so far is okay, but thats it...average. Nothing special. I wanna see somebody spazz like brooke, or somebody kicked off after fighting somebody.

LOL :/

Why must we see people freak to be entertained? What's wrong with our society that normal happiness isn't entertaining?

Now I understand that there's always going to be a handful of people who prefer the cutesy, kumbaya episodes of the Real World, but I can guarantee you the general viewing public would much rather watch RW for drama! That's what sells more. I mean, look at the Jersey Shore! That show was a HUGE hit for MTV.
Wow...this girl is weird.
Wow...this girl is weird.
So she wears sunglasses at night... doesn't everyone? I mean.. how else are we going to hide from people? Geez Molds.

What's wrong with our society that normal happiness isn't entertaining?
First off, its Thing 3... yea there is a 3 there :) Because being normal is boring. Why would people want to watch other people do what they do in their regular life? When i watch tv i dont wanna see ppl do the same things that i do on a daily basis because then i can just video tape myself and watch it. I never siad there was nothing wrong with happiness, but happiness doesnt sell. Drama does

Does anyone else find that Andrew's girlfriend resembles Kelly Ann?? They could totally be sisters! :p

"Don't you have standards?" Uh...no comment.
