Real World Chicago: Kyle Brandt

There someone I won't be adding as a friend. I didn't like him---he came off as condescending and pompous to me.
Of all the people who try to get entertainment gigs from RW, I'd have to say this guy was most successful. Am I forgetting someone else? Oh yeah, Jacinda. What I don't understand is I never remember Kyle expressing any interest in acting on RW (did he?) then years later I see him as a regular on Days Of Our Lives. That is pretty major. I didn't care for him either. LOL
Not for sure, but I think I've read that Kyle did express some interest in acting, but he didn't want to do a soap opera (and look at where he ended up). It was cool he was on the show, though I do MUCH prefer Jay Kenneth Johnson as Philip. Kyle just never really felt like Philip to me since I saw Jay do that role first. I don't know what Kyle is doing now, but Days is the big thing he's done. Teck actually has done some TV episodes here and there over the years and also appeared in some movies. Also used to be a VJ on MTV (Direct Effect). Tami has also done some TV shows over the years (she did several episodes of Moonlight more recently). Also was a regular part in working for a game show. Judd is in the comic book business and had his own cartoon, so I would say he could be considered more successful in entertainment than Kyle. Jamie from SD is the more recent person I know of who's working steadily in acting. I could see her doing more than Kyle has as well.
Kyle appears in the 2008 Indy film "Broken Windows." Here is the trailer, which is one of the best I've seen in a long, long time. Thanks for the info. I'm glad to see he's doing something else. I would still like for him to do more acting, if that's what he wants. I do like seeing the cast members have success in whatever it is they want to do. He did improve in his Days role near the end, so it would be good to see him continue to grow in his acting.
