Moseley never was a cast member. He was, and is again, an show host and employee of Bunim Murray Productions.

Chris wasn't rude to Andy. He was being his normal, somewhat strange CT-self. Andy loved it. Chris seemed to have a good time.

The verb tense would be wrong since she has been in a committed relationship for a while now. Personally, I've thought her to be rather selective since about the time she disappeared from MTV years ago. Andy Cohen asked the cast about who got around the most or who hooked up with the most people on the shows (don't quote me but it was a similar question like this) The cast didn't answer but some nodded their heads and seemed to agree with Johnny Mosely when he said it was Tonya.
A fan asked who the cast hooked up with. They basically all pleaded the fifth and the host then asked Johnny Moseley who, based on what he's seen hosting the show, "was the biggest ho". Johnny said he didn't have anything to confirm it but based on reputation and he what he heard he thought it was Tonya.

Now that is f-ed up. Tonya in my opinion is classy, respectful and commendable ( for not acknowledging this that is)

I doubt it. People can say what they want but I doubt this was a "Team BMP/Kenny and Evan" move. When Johnny was the host Tonya had a reputation. It was a pretty bad thing to say and he, like the other cast members, should've probably said no comment, but based on the time period when he was hosting, it wasn't really that big of a leap to make.
I also doubt he cares about Kenny or Evan. He left before they started doing them and he came back after their time with the shows ended. They may have crossed paths at points, but for him to be so invested in them that he takes a shot like that on their behalf? Please.
