Still watching: Jonna is shocked that Emilee and Derek know about the threesome. I wonder how she feels now that MILLIONS of people have seen it. Also: If the producers hadn't lost Joey, I wonder if they would've sent Bronne home. Maybe they just didn't want to lose 2 of the most colorful male characters.
what strikes me is how these RW kids completely disrespect the people they claim they care so much about: Jonna and Matt (matt pat, pat matt--did she mess up a few times or was I hearing things?), Dunbar and Julie, CJ and whatever-her-name-is, ad nauseum. I have a lot of respect for Katelynn's boyfriend for not participating in the show. It seems like if you're dating a soon-to-be RWer, you may as well just break up before the show starts taping because you know you're going to be seen as a ******* on TV while your girlfriend/boyfriend hooks up and gets drunk and talks **** about you. I'm very satisfied that MTV showed the Jonna/Pat phone call at the end of the episode.
P.S.- This post is pretty bitter, but there wasn't too much positive stuff going on this episode so forgive me!
Bitter maybe but very well said. I agree with the majority of what you have said.

He didn't come visit either. Seems like a better way to survive the storm.
I was wondering if anyone knows when the last episode of this season is?
This is the first season since Hollywood that I really enjoyed every episode.
I was wondering if anyone knows when the last episode of this season is?
The last episode is on September 9th. I am going to assume that the 16th will be the reunion and the 23rd with be the S#!T The Should Have Shown. The Ruins will air September 30th.

The **** they should have shown will be shown after the finale according to my tv guide.
.... ok I just got to the point where Matt said he'd been throwing up all week..... /PUKE GROW A SET MAN !!!!!!!!! Get over it. This guy is a head case.
.... ok I just got to the point where Matt said he'd been throwing up all week..... /PUKE GROW A SET MAN !!!!!!!!! Get over it. This guy is a head case.
I know. I don't blame Jonna at all. She's far too young to deal with someone that immature and pathetic and intense. I had to get out of a relationship like that myself but they do the same thing CJ was talking about, try to say they can't sleep or they will hurt themselves just to get you to feel sorry for them and stay with them.
Not that I have anything against Jonna (she's probably my favorite female other than Emilee in the house) ... but I think Matt has a right to be upset. From what we've seen he has just sat at home doing nothing but living life. Then to have the girl you love call you, treat you like ****, hang up on you, and tell you that she doesn't want to be with you anymore, and THEN make you feel like YOU'RE the crazy one -- it's probably not easy to take. It's not like he's just gonna roll over and be like "ok, that's cool, no problem."
The reality is that most if not all relationships end up coming to an end during the Real World. Jonna gets a little credit for holding out as long as she did but I knew that Matt would get tossed by the wayside eventually. The main excuse is the distance and such but really...it's Cancun...it's party central.
Worse episode this season...I mean all we saw were the girls ***** and talk about nothing...Also we the guys in the is episode?...I feel like I saw more of that gay guy Pat then the real guys in the house
Isabella I'm going to go ahead and assume that in the relationship you're referencing that you got out of you didn't pierce your ring finger as a promise of loyalty. You seem to be forgetting the fact that before coming to Cancun and even while in Cancun Jonna was equally intense and committed etc. If you were essentially ready to marry someone and then they hopped on a plane, went to Cancun and started sleeping with someone else while you pined away for them and they then told you it was happening; and then knew you would get to relive it on television with the rest of the country I don't necessarily think you'd just build a bridge and get over it in a week. Oh yeah and also, the person they chose to sleep with was Pat.

I'm such a big RW fan that I pride myself on watching every episode of every season - but it has been sooooo difficult with Cancun. I keep hoping that MAYBE it will get better towards the end but the episodes just keep getting worse. Now that Bronne has gone and acted like a horse's *** I can honestly say I do not like anybody from this cast. Looking forward to The Ruins though - should be very interesting and I'm excited about the new format - lets just hope its better than The Island.
I don't like the way Pat treats Jasmine, he is really immature about the whole thing. I'm glad Emilee noticed and said something about it, maybe not to him, but at least she acknowledged the jerkiness. Doesn't Jonna smoke? I wonder if Pat tells her he won't kiss he since she smokes. I'm pretty sure Ayiiia smokes as well, but that didn't seem to bother him. Poor Jaz. I bet he just saw her as a way to get the DJ Pat name out by going on the Real World. I'm glad she found JR (I think that's his name) and is still happily with him.
I like Jonna, but I don't see her as being any more mature than any of the other girls in the house. I hear it mentioned on the show about her maturity, but she does some things that are equally as immature as everybody else. I think the fact that she is more quiet and reserved most of the time is partially why she seems more mature.
I don't see what's so bad about this season at all. If anything this is one of my favorites.
I couldn't believe the level of immaturity with Jonna and Pat regarding Jaz's invitation to dinner. It was hard to watch how insulting and paranoid they were acting. Then the topper is hearing them decide how good they are in awkward situations. Pass the crack pipe, please. Equally difficult to watch is just about any converstation Jonna has with Matt. The eye rolling, the defensive posturing. Yes, he's dramatic about the whole thing, but all in all he's been put in a very difficult public situation. I don't envy him. Loved Aieya this episode...she really got real and honest and likeable.
*Sigh* This whole episode was much ado about nothing in my opinion. Why was Emilee so mad about them having a threesome next to her? She slept through it! If that were me, I'd be highly amused at both the fact that Pat hooked up with three girls in the house and that I somehow slept through the greatest moment of the show lol.
Didn't Emilee hook up with Ayiiia right next to Jonna??
Yeah, and I'm pretty sure Jonna left the room because it woke her up.
well they weren't hooking up yet..they planned on hooking up but Emilee threw a pillow at Jonna so she'd leave and then her and Ayiiia started hooking up so technically no.

I just saw on twitter that Jasmine says she's single again.... too bad they seemed really cute together...
Poor CJ, he wanted to be the one Jonna went to when she broke up with matt. lol and now he has to listen to her talk about pat and and hear about her an aiiya lol I'm glad next week we get to see him I find it funny and annoying that most everyone on these boards were sooo mad at jonna for "cheating" on her boyfriend, even though she only cuddled with other guys while they were still together. (maybe bot something I would do, but not cheating) She broke up with her boyfriend BEFORE she hooked up with anyone. But since everyone LOVES Ayiiia, no one seems to care that she actually DID cheat on her boyfriend. She may not have had *** with him but she even admitted to her bf that she messed around with him, but focused mostly on Jonna.... but she still did way more with a guy while she had a bf than Jonna did. Ayiiia wasnt this upset or worried about her family when she hooked up with Emilee at the beginning of the season. But now that she has added a guy to her list shes all worried?? I don't get it. I love Bronne and am excited to see what made him so mad!!

Ayiiia clearly said that she and her boyfriend have an "open realationship"
So if someone doesnt talk about their boyfriend alot its ok to cheat? Yes she said they have an open relationship, but she also said it meant she could hook up with girls, not guys. And then when she talked to him about it both Ayiiia and her bf were clearly upset about her choice.

We never saw Ayiiia's boyfriend on TV. On the other hand, they showed Matt on TV (pretty much every episode) as a super nice, loyal, loving boyfriend who was then seemingly screwed over by his girlfriend. I think people had way more of an attachment (albeit still not much of one) to Matt than to Ayiiia's boyfriend (who as far as I know, doesn't even have a name). We saw the downfall of Jonna's relationship. Then again, that's just how I look at it.
