Yeah, they didn't finish it by then. Sorry for the misinformation. They thought they would have a cast by then and it didn't happen as quickly as they wanted it or would have liked it to.
On July 1, there was no final cast but they were "getting close." I've been super busy so I didn't go and check to see if anything else has happened. Molds probably knows a lot more than I do.
Bunim-Murray have not updated the casting website so it still says 28. But MTV directly links to the application on the new RW Portland homepage.
I don't think it means anything just yet... we'll just have to wait and see I guess.
