I have such high hopes for Power Rangers. I feel like the sequels will fall very much into the same fate as the Transformers franchise, that being mindless summer movies. But if the first film can capture that same sense of awe and wonder as the first Transformers, as well as pay homage to the source material, it'll be a success.
I only use TF as a comparison because the first one was what a blockbuster should be. It was flawed, but the sense of adventure and fun was undeniable.

Brother bought some tickets to see the purge election year and were taking our cousin who basically doesn't speaks English or understand it yet he stating he wants to go but I know its just bc he doesn't wanna say no. I'm low key nervous for this movie cause shit I never trusted going to the cinemas ever since the shooting during batman. And this movie just gives off a weird vibe. I'd rather wait to watch it online but **** I'm finna see it later
Well just came back. First time in a long time I was in a sold out theatre, but it was good. The acting of some of the people was way over the top. This one chick really tried to play out "ratchet crazy" all for a damn candy bar. Literally. But it was way more actiony and comedic than the previous 2 imo.
LMAO at Becky G and Elizabeth Banks fighting in the new Power Rangers movie. Basically Rita goes after Trini because she thinks she the easiest ranger to pick off and the fight is so bad (good) they crack the wall and ground around them.
