I am gonna be really upset if Sharon just gets away with it...I mean if Megan settles outof court, then cool...BUT if sharon gets off scott free I am going to pissed.
I wonder...would everyone (all the people from other message boards that are talking ish) be okay with it if Destinee or Kristy Joe was the one she attacked...would they be cheering her on then?

Agreed. Violence isn't the answer and whether Megan was purposely talking bad about Ozzy or not, she didn't deserve to get hit. A nice smackdown of words could have been sufficient.
As for me, growing up violence wasn't the answer but it sure as hell was used, so I have a different viewpoint, but I still disagree with the physical fighting. I like the point you made though Staee, the reactions would sure be different.

I am all for the physical violence...I'll knockout/cut a mutha-effa :D LOL...but not for running thier mouth, LOL, that was just pathetic of Sharon, to let her anger get the best of her like that over some stupid words that 50% of people in hollywood have said before...it was just not classy at all.

Thats true. She should not have done it, but I guess Ozzy was not the subject Megan should have talked about. Still, I find it funny that no matter what, Megan is at the center of the storm.
I think Sharon is a hipocrite no matter what. I noticed on the finale, when she was talking to the two finalists at the lunch at her house, she was dropping F-bombs left and right! And I know one of the probs she had w/ Brandi M. was her cussing.

I noticed that as well, but I thought, maybe it was because Brandi M. was "in school" where Sharon wasn't.

I am sure that she was trying to get a rise out of Sharon, but that still does not condone physical violence. Like i said before, Megan should have never brought Ozzy into it...but I am sure ultimately it will make good TV and hype her up a bit for her new show that she is the star of...well I say Lily is the star if she is there though, LOL...I love that little doggy!

I don't know if Megan was intentionally trying start a fight, but the comment she made was pretty incendiary. She may be smart, but I don't think she was counting on Sharon getting physical.

I guess I meant if Sharon continued to beat her. I do agree that is indeed childish, because she might have looked stupid if she did fight back. Megan is a special person and I'm glad that she kept her cool :).

awww man, I guess that means I am childish because I would have loved to have seen Megan give Sharon a beat down she never saw coming...but once I factor in the after effects of it all I know it wouldn't be worth it...it is still something I can keep a mental image of though just for giggles :D

That would have been epic lol Sharon...ah Sharon....I guess she forgot all the commandments she valued so highly but then again I was confused how she was head of "charm" school in the first place. To be honestly though I still like Ozzy despite the fact noone can understand him.

I totally agree with what someone said earlier about being on the fence.
Sharon knows the law and she broke it. I think that she will be punished.
I know from reading the site that Megan and acting a part on these shows, but I can understand why many people, especially those who don't know her personally, have a strong dislike for her. If Megan's goal was to make money and achieve some level of fame, then she succeeded. That does not mean that everyone has to like her, and it doesn't seem like she cares. If she is going to act the part of a dumb, mean girl people are going to assume that that is how she is. And If you are constantly trying to push people's buttons it will eventually some back to you.
Basically I feel that Sharon acted inappropriately, but I don't have much sympathy for Megan.
People also made comments that if Sharon had hit Destiney or another "nice" girl people would be more upset at Sharon. I think that is true, but if another girl, who didn't have friends on this site, had made similar comments she may not have been defended so strongly. This site has the advantage of people like V1man, who share what they know with us, and I really appreciate it. Other sites have no insight into the "real Megan," so they have a more negative opinion of her.
Also, even if Megan is acting, I don't like her character, and I found Heather very entertaining. I wanted to comment about it, but it seemed like negative opinions of Megan were not accepted. That's part of the reason I never really post.
I've been told that we will see a different "Megan" on "Trophy Wife." She believed the role she was playing on VH1 was far too negative. Hopefully, we will see more of the "Beauty and the Geek" Megan in the future, which in my opinion, is a very welcome return to her true personality.
Random comment re Heather: she was at a reality event in NYC last night and was apparently wasted. One of our vevmo members came to her rescue. Brooke and Lisa were also there, arriving as a couple and leaving individually following another of their fights. They are likely done as a couple.

That would be coercion to attempt to influence one's legal right to seek a criminal indictment against another person. It is not much different that attempting to influence witnesses or jurors. Judges and prosecutors take it seriously and it is actually a greater crime than simple assault. It would put both VH1 and 51 Minds in an untenable legal position, especially since a criminal conviction is sufficient evidence in civil litigation.
