Making the Band

They all bring something different to the group but most solo artists have all of those things in one person. They are all very talented but I don't see any of them as successful solo artists. Aubrey can just do broadway, Dawn could get into choreographing, Aundrea seems like the type that would end up choosing family/motherhood over trying to break out solo (although I think she would have the best shot at going solo imo), D.Woods had a pretty big underground following before the show if I am not mistaken and Shannon could go back to dancing as well...not that I am saying that is what they should do...merely pointing out other options.

I was checking on this last night and it was all the same info everywhere. One thing that did catch my eye however is the fact that DK is the #1 seller for Bad boy.

Sadly to say, solo artist but mainly groups, signed with Bad Boy always seem to break up or move to another label.

I really really liked her when she first started out...I still do like her, I just don't like the kind of publicity she gets...it is almost like she wants to be Christina Aguilera from her Dirrty era. And when I saw what she does to her dog I wanted to kick her ***...you do not take a tiny puppy like she has and dye it's hair and then take it to all those partys and stuff (as an accessory)...that poor dog looks terrified everytime I see her/him in a photo. That is just not at all good for small dogs like hers that tend to be high strung.

Although everyone in the groups and Donnie add a little bit to each show. We barely get to see some members of Day 26, Donnie and Aundrea, sometimes I forget about them...LOL

Honestly I think all of the girls are great singers...it is just a matter of market-ability for each girl should they go solo. Aubrey's 'trademark" is her sex appeal...so I would say that she may be well suited for an act similar to the Pussycat Dolls only solo but the music would have to be REALLY catchy Aundrea is so sweet and down to earth, but I think that would be her downfall because America is just not into that type of popstar, look what happened to Mandy Moore when she didn't **** it up. Doesn't D. Woods rap as well as sing?? I bet she could do well in the Hip hop community but I don't know the circumstances of her leaving the group so I don't know what her relationship to Diddy is as of now. I love everything about Dawn, and I wish I could say that everybody would embrace her and her talent but people are so superficial in America. Shannon is really talented as well but she is kinda the quiet reserved girl in the group so I would assume that she is the least memorable to people out of the 5 girls...would that be a plus or a negative for her if she were to go solo though is the big question.

I liked Aubrey from the first season of making the band 3, when she was trying out. Now I think she is just an attention *****. Don't really know whats going on with the group but I hear, D. Woods and Aubrey get the boot. I could see Diddy kicking Aubrey out, you can tell he disapproves of her behavior. She doesn't even sing as much as she used to. I'm all for Dawn going solo, I love her!

Now....who was it that said Aubrey didn't get kicked out?

I kinda see this...I heard that Aubrey and D Woods get kicked out... That would give MTV and Diddy another reason to do a "Making the Band 5" to replace the two girls...MTV is going to milk this for all its worth if they do get kicked out...cause I can't just see the group without Aubrey. She was the superstar the minute she tried out. I mean I don't like her but the girl is funny sometimes.

Also if you look at shots of her back then in comparison to now, it is a HUGE difference. To each their own, but I would tend to stick with what got me there in the first place. Which leads me to believe that Aubrey did not and will not make or break DK, I think there fan base and songs will hold up without her. The last episode was not the finale so I won't believe it until all is said and done.

I don't like Aubrey anymore. I think she is an attention *****, but a lot of people do like Aubrey. Personally, I love Dawn. IDK if something does happen with the group and she is kicked out and someone else is, I do see them having another season. I like DK without her, but a lot of people love Aubrey. We will see what happens. As long as Dawn doesn't go anywhere, I am fine. You could already tell there was some tension in the beginning of the episode when D. Wood said "Aubrey and I are sharing a room, if you don't like it, don't look at us." Didn't she say something along the lines of that?

Ohh and what I meant was when it first came out ..I'm talking about when it was just Aubrey and Aundrea. Before season 2, which was when D. Woods, Dawn, and Shannon came in.

Ok guys I am excited to see what really happens tonight!!! I am on the west coast...so I am pulling for all you east coasters to please let me know what is happening! Somehow I think this is all a publicity stunt by Diddy, but who knows!! I guess we will tonight!
