Pauly, J Wowww, Snooki, and Mike were on the VGA's tonight. They introduced themselves and then Mike showed 'The Situation.' Mike Tyson then said to him let me introduce you to cracked ribs and concussions.' as he showed his fists. ahaha
What are the VGA's? I'm guessing that awards show on Spike?
Yeah Video Game Awards. I only watched it to see what the Jersey cast did. Sadly they didn't do anything interesting really.
Wonder if there are any bi or gay characters on Jersey Shore. I have only seen part of the first episode.
I'm don't really understand why MTV isn't showing the punch... unless there are legal issues going on? I would understand if MTV had a history of not showing violence, but they don't. Even if it's because of a man hitting a woman, they showed Stephen slap Irene. I'm all for not promoting violence but it just isn't adding up.
The slap heard round the world, haha! That was a long time ago, and while he slapped her in the face. He did not punch her in the face like she is a man. Is it the same kind of violence? Yes for sure it is! I can already see this punch being really, really bad after the whole stink that is surrounding this show anyway. That punch might just be the breaking point. Plus can you imagine the comments it will get?
It is amazing how much I hear about this show, in my philosophy class it was all anyone would talk about. People were shocked that I do not watch it, people actually seemed upset with me lol. I can definitely see them pulling the punch because they may be scared of losing more sponsors. I also feel a man punching is much different than any other punches shown on MTV shows over the years.

Plus can you imagine the comments it will get?
That was my thought. I don't think MTV would give two ****s about showing a girl getting punched in the face by a man on any other show, but because of all the controversy already surrounding Jersey Shore, they don't want to **** off sponsors or Italian-American groups any further. Nevermind the fact that they've already shown it countless times in previews.
Chelsea Handler said that this show was presented to E! and they passed on it.
Chelsea Handler said that this show was presented to E! and they passed on it.
Yeah I heard that as well. VH1 also passed on it.
Yeah I heard that as well. VH1 also passed on it.
VH1 passed on this trash too? That's shocking. That should be right up their alley.
Yeah I heard that as well. VH1 also passed on it.
I think VH1 would enjoy the ratings that this show gets!
Chelsea Handler said that this show was presented to E! and they passed on it.
Wow you know it's bad when even E! won't air it!
Wonder if there are any bi or gay characters on Jersey Shore. I have only seen part of the first episode.
Nope, at least no one has said they were anyway and no one acts like they are.
Do we know yet if Sammi and Ronnie are still together?
Wow you know it's bad when even E! won't air it!
Who runs that network? E! is a bunch of idiots. Is it any wonder that their ratings are so low and the network has practically become irrelevant?
Do we know yet if Sammi and Ronnie are still together?
HAHAHAHA seriously?
Do we know yet if Sammi and Ronnie are still together?
I talked with Ronnie today about a club appearance (yes, shocking, people want to book them for club appearances haha) but I'm trying to find out if him and Sam are still together. I'll let you know as soon as I find anything out!

Someone on TWOP posted that was cast was featured in a magazine, and Ronnie and Sammi did say that they were still together.
Someone on TWOP posted that was cast was featured in a magazine, and Ronnie and Sammi did say that they were still together.
Ohhh, that makes sense then why he wanted to do the appearance with her! Thanks for the update. :)
Someone on TWOP posted that was cast was featured in a magazine, and Ronnie and Sammi did say that they were still together.
What? Are you serious? I thought it would have been over next episode. The way she was acting on "after hours" seemed like she didn't even speak to him any more
Does anyone else think that Nicole (Snookie, Snickers, Schnookums, etc. etc.) kind of has a Christina Aguilera face or is it just me?!
Does anyone else think that Nicole (Snookie, Snickers, Schnookums, etc. etc.) kind of has a Christina Aguilera face or is it just me?!
My firend said the same thing, but I can't see it :(
I'm telling you, with her fake tan, "poof" and chubby cheeks, she bears a striking resemblance to one of those trolls with the jewel in their stomach.
Does anyone else think that Nicole (Snookie, Snickers, Schnookums, etc. etc.) kind of has a Christina Aguilera face or is it just me?!
TMZ posted this a week or so ago...Christina Aguilera -- Jersey Girl? | TMZ.com
An MTV rep released this statement to Entertainment Tonight re: the punch:
"What happened to 'Snooki' was a crime and obviously extremely disturbing. After hearing from our viewers, further consulting with experts on the issue of violence, and seeing how the video footage has been taken out of context to not show the severity of this act or the resulting consequences, MTV has decided not to air Snooki being physically punched in next week's episode. The show will still make it clear what events transpired, including the full aftermath."
And apparently Snooks is already trying to shop her OWN reality show. Please let it be an "of Love" show. PLEASE let it be called "I Did it All For the Snookie." *crosses fingers*
Snookie's show is a worse idea than "That's Amore"!
Please don't remind us of that travesty.
