That will be especially true if I there may be some factual basis from which others may hold a contrary view. Robin didn't make the video. It was shot by Natural 9 Entertainment for Fox Reality's old show, Reality Remix. She was not paid to do it, so I can't quite see it as a "job" and I doubt even the laziest of us would call that a career.

She spent much of the last year recovering from surgery on her foot following a serious injury in Mexico the day Gauntlet 3 finished taping.

I think an important thing to realize is that these people have jobs are going to school. This isn't their life. Why do you think so many old cast members don't do these challenges. Becuase they have jobs.

I think it was almost two years ago. She had absolutely no scars from the surgery when I saw her in late May 2007 and she looked great.

Thanks for the links. I found the entire segment weird, especially the "free breast augmentation" they were giving away as a door prize at the club.... I am sure Robin was appreciative of the work done and she does look good, but overall the whole thing was kind of creepy. Some guy you dated shows up at a club and tells you that you're getting plastic surgery? Geez, thanks Mark, how do you really feel about my body, lol? If anyone runs into the rest of the segments, please post the links. ;)

I've mentioned this before somewhere in the forum, but it's worth repeating, as the exec producer and photo editor for the calendar shoot, I look at every image at about the 50 pixels per linear inch level. No blemish or scar goes unnoticed. Some I elect to repair using photoshop, others remain as nature intended. Robin's doc simply did an exceptional job, in my opinion, and I had very little work to do.

Mike said he didn't think it looked like her. Asking him to explain his comment seems very rational to me. He explained himself and it makes sense. I'm not too old to learn from anyone. One of the important tenant of good communication is understanding how the audience perceives what one says. In either case, it is a good reminder to myself that I should do more than carefully choose my words, I should also carefully consider their impact. I'm not above offending people, but I'd like it to be an intended result of something I wrote and not simply poorly crafted communication on my part.
