Here is a new free site I read about in Entertainment Weekly. You can watch full episodes of your favorite TV shows or movies.
It's not a complete list and I think it only includes shows owned by NBC Universal and News Corp. But I checked the list and it's quite impressive as it is.

Unfortunately, it's only available to US residents! Which totally sucks. But I thought I'd share anyway.
