It was SO good!!!!! Already have my midnight ticket. We decided to get the cheap non-3D tickets though because those glasses hurt my eyes. Down side is the theater is kind of in the ghetto according to my friend Nic.
I really want to know what Pottermore is about. Like, NOW! It has been bugging me the past few days and I don't want to wait another week.
My friend told me we were going to figure out yesterday, so I got super excited. Then I realized she was wrong. Super disappointed the countdown on the youtube page says 4 more days. :(
The London premiere for the final movie is streaming live right now if anyone wants to watch it.

:crying: I can't believe its over!!! My favorite by far! Even though I loved it, it still went by too fast.
I actually really enjoyed the first part of Deathly Hollows and I'm excited to see the 2nd. It was sold out in most NY theatres. Is it at all boring?
Not boring whatsoever. I was intrigued the entire time and couldn't take my eyes off the screen, but then again I'm a crazy fan and wasn't going to lose focus no matter what ;)

My friend showed me this last week. Probably one of the funniest things I've seen about Harry Potter.
I'm going to post some spoilers so if you haven't read the book or seen the movie yet, turn away now.
I thought the movie was absolutely amazing, but they did change a lot of stuff from the book. I was a bit sad that they didn't have Harry kill Voldemort in front of all of the Hogwarts students like he did in the book. I was also a little disappointed at the Ron and Hermione kiss. I was hoping it'd be more of a romantic moment than a humorous one, but hey, at least it finally happened!
The most emotional scenes in the movie (for me at least) were when Snape was holding Lily's dead body and at the end, when they showed Harry, Ron, and Hermione all grown up with their own children leaving for Hogwarts. I cried.
I will miss you Harry Potter movies!
Doesn't surprise me at all!! There were people in my group who didn't even read the books waiting in line with me for the midnight showing, at 8 in the morning haha.
Also for any HP fans who happen to play tennis or just are tennis fans, this was amusing...

I've seen it twice now and I can truly say that there isn't anything that I didn't like. I feel that it was paced perfectly and kept my attention both times. I really didn't expect to like Harry and Voldemort falling off the cliff, but it actually seemed to work! I kept my composure all the way through, but McGonagall's face when they thought Harry was dead almost brought a tear to my eye. I wanted to cry, but I couldn't help but to smile. It was an odd sense of being proud of Harry that I didn't really get with the book. I honestly didn't expect it to, but this movie really gave me a sense of closure on the whole series. I really think that book and film series will go on far past this. I can only hope that generations to come will find the story of The Boy Who Lived to be as enchanting as I have! :)
The longer I hold out watching this movie, the longer I'm holding onto my childhood.
I totally agree! This franchise has been such a huge part of my life growing up for the past 10+ years. The end of an era, truly.
Im finally catching up with this series. I'm currently watching Chamber of Secrets.
These spiders are disgusting!!
Haha, they do give me the creepy crawlies! Have you read any of the books or is it all new to you?
I didnt want to dislike it seeing as im a huge fan and it was the last one but I must say im a tad bit dissapointed with the ending. They could of done better one of my favorite parts in the books was when the half horse half humas, the elfs, and the rest of the good guys who came to help after Harry came back from the Dead and how Harry kills Voldemort as well in front of everyone. Also kind of dissapointed they didnt show Remus and Tonks son at the end it felt like the ending of the movie was rushed. Overall though I loved it was amazing going to miss the series. Dont know what to make of life anymore haha without this series loved it.
