Grey's Anatomy: Ep 501: Dream a Little Dream of Me
Yay!! I loved this one, where to start..the storyline with three women heartbreaking! I love Christina and I am glad to see her edginess coming back she has a great character to play. Bringing in Kevin McKidd is going to be great(if he stays) the have chemistry and he is a great actor, plus I loved the whole Major ****** thing. I have loved Alex since the beginning and for once I would like to see him not being the jerk in the end! Izzie and Denny I am over it, time to move on. Lexie and George, I find him hard to believe as a *** symbol, let them stay what they are, friends! I think they might actually be setting it up for a whole Lexie and Mcsteamy thing though, which would be good. Callie and Erica hmmm, interesting I like it. The actress who plays Callie is beautiful! I am glad to see the cheif stepping it up, him going off on Meredith, not her fault, you cannot blame her for who her mother is! Finally Derek and Meredith, I hated the opening scene but once again there is a purpose. It was good to see her finally letting go, and just giving in. All in all it was a little twisted with the whole " I have a dream, I have a dream that a trauma will come through that door" by Dr. Bailey but what TV show isn't these days!

I wanted to kiss Christina when she told Merideth to ****. I was like AMEN sista! LOL I got the feeling that Lexie and McSteamy would end up together as well...in a real relationship though because of what she was saying about sleeping with people but that everyone makes mistakes or something like that. and we all know what a ho he has been.

The whole Mcsteamy Lexie thing would be good, she is so innocent I am sure he could teach her a thing or two, and possibly the other way around! Nothing has ever gone on with Meredith and McSteamy, Right?

Well, IMO, this opener definitely did [I]not[/I] disappoint! I can't help but think there is a strong theme of "raising the bar", and "stepping it up".....and hope that it also relates to the writer's and what we will see happen this season. I really hope so. And I think this first ep started the season off with a bang. I am glad to see some spunk back in Christina (and YES....I too was happy she finally told Mer to shut up about it for a minute!). I mean...they are doing traumas here people...not relationship counseling!! ;) But that scene they showed when they were old ladies together was classic! I really dig the new character!! (And most of you know I have a thing for the, uh, [I]army men ;))[/I] I hope we see more of him as I think he will add a great dynamic to the cast of characters. I agree, LM : "Major ******"! I'm not quite sure the purpose of it...but I did enjoy the scene with Izzie and Denny. I have had such a huge soft spot for him since the beginning (maybe it's the dimples?)....and Izzie just looked so [I]happy....[/I]I know she's not perfect but she's had kind of a tough run....so I still have a lot of hope for her character. And Lexie? I'd like to see her find a totally new guy....not a McSteamy, not a McGeorge....a completely unknown somebody. I think that would do her good, rather than dipping into the pool of men that have mostly already been touched by her sister...in some way lol. Sucks we have to wait 2 more weeks....but the next episode looks intense!
