Fresh Meat 2: Landon Lueck

Landon Lueck After dominating the challenges on Duel 2 with astounding physical prowess, Landon lost just before the Final when his sense of fair play left him vulnerable, allowing his so-called friends to double-cross him. Furious at his devastating defeat, Landon is back on Fresh Meat 2 with a burning desire to win it all and prove he is an unparalleled athlete. But will he stick to his straight-laced and honest ways? Or will he learn from Duel 2 and play dirty for a shot at redemption?

Yay Landon! I'm glad he's back on another challenge.
Landon to me is the biggest wildcard as he will dominate this season. Who he chooses to align with will be key.
Should be the top male of the alums. Was a beast on every other challenge he did.
Wes' only competition.
He certainly is a great competitor. I think he will dominate this season just like he did on Duel 2, winning back-to-back challenges and such.
well he'll depend on his partner this time, hope she won't let him down. Hope she's as strong as Brittini at least
Landon is one of the strongest in challenge history, but he's boring. I think he's a great guy, but not very entertaining.

I'm a bigger fan of the competition side of the shows than all the drama. Usually end up liking the better competitors. Landon is CT without the temper. He comes to the Challenges and he dominates.

Its nice to have someone like Landon thrown in the mix, because then if you have too many Paula-Tonyas-Kenny-Evan-Johnnys running around people get sick of the villians/crazy personalities. Kind of like how everyone says Ibis is boring but its nice to throw someone "normal" in the mix.
Member how crazy Landon was though when he drank on Philly?

LMAO! The knife episode always comes to mind when I think of RW Philly, that and when Melanie had scabies.
Lando the Commando can also be a bit goofy and is a serious competitor. I bet he makes Kenny buckle at the knees in a mission. Truth be told, Landon vs Darrell will be epic.
I personally don't see how Landon could possibly lose a challenge under a format like this unless he got a total dud partner that was completely out of shape and absolutely incapable of running for any stretch of distance. Same goes for the Duel challenge format... I could see him losing to somebody 1-on-1 in a Duel situation but if he made it to the end, nobody is beating him in a final on something like that either.

I'm with you on this one, townie. I'm pretty sure nobody is going to want to risk facing him in an exile regardless of his partner's skill level. Landon only lost that final Duel to Brad because Brad batted the ring away from him at the last second. That final in the Duel 2 was made for a guy like Landon...he would have DESTROYED both Brad and Evan in it.

Well, there was that whole shoulder separation too, that probably played into it just a little...

Of course Landon would have destroyed the majority of the final mission involved cycling and he is definately the best at that.
Well, I don't know if Landon will win. You have to remember, a format like Fresh Meat STRONGLY depends on the partner. Now if his partner Carley Johnson is a lousy competitor, I wouldn't be surprised to see him lose in the first exile. It takes BOTH people to do well. Now there is an exception, with Wes and Casey on Fresh Meat 1 and he was able to drag her through five exiles and a final challenge. With Landon being boring, true but he quit drinking for health and competition reasons. That's why he is so good now, if he was getting drunk every day, he would suck as a competitor.

If Landon would have defeated Brad, I'm almost positive the results on the final would have been Landon-1st, Evan-2nd, Mark-3rd. He cycles for a living. He is amazing.

All I'm going to say about Wes and Casey on FM1 is: Look at how much less weight they had to carry. And my reply to you saying that Landon would suck is he still drank is: Look at Landon on I2 and G2.

Yeah that and the fact that some of their opponents shot themselves in the foot by forgetting to grab those flags at the checkpoints helped too. If that hadn't happened they would've gone home second or third on that challenge

I was sad when Landon lost to Brad on the Duel 2... Landon should have won that entire challenge. Oh well... :(

I think everyone likes Landon. He seems like quite a nice guy.

Poor Landon is he ever going to win another Challenge? :)
I think everyone likes Landon. He seems like quite a nice guy.
Yeah Landon seems very laid back. I think it was G2 when he got his hair shaved off, and in the morning he just laughed it off. Very different then most people on challenge.
Landon has really become a force in the challenges and if he did get to the end then he'd definitely would have a good chance at winning. He does seem like a very nice guy so I hope he does well this time around.
I guess I'll jump on the love train and agree that I like Landon too. Who doesn't like Landon? What's not to like?!
Landon is acutally one of the more tolerable people that does challenges.
I have to say... I was worried when Landon was on Gauntlet 2 so quickly after Inferno 2 (and winning at that) that he was going to become a challenge *****.
