You all have in the past two day created about four fictional challenges from not much information. I applaud your creativity. I'm not planning on responding to any questions. I think I've done enough. To clarify one point, however, when I was referring to highs and lows during the final week, I mostly had both cast and future audience in mind, not necessarily my own personal reaction to any of them. I approach the challenges as if I were the executive producer, and think of the 30 days as an assembly line process of creating TV rather than focusing on people who I may know personally outside of their brief TV lives. I always like them better in the flesh than on camera.
We here at vevmo do appreciate the info we receive ..... and I to a large extent understand why you decided to keep the ending a surprise until the show. Imo, ratings and this show's success drives the future of future shows. We just have to wait, and it's probably will be good for the ratings .... (even though most people who read spoilers still tune in imo). I respect your decision, wholeheartedly. However, I signed up here on vevmo because I understood it to be a platform where one could express opinions without getting insulted for them. So taking information and trying to form a theory isn't a crime, even though it may be off base with what's actually happening. Furthermore, all of us including yourself have people we like and dislike ..... and with that it's makes it almost impossible to have an objective point of view. It also makes it fun. For example, If Rachel wins 1st place without having to go into a Duel, I'd be upset .... or if someone like Evan manipuled other to do his dirty work, and won .... I'd be disappointed .... but still I'd be wired waiting for a demise that may happen or not. Every successful challenge show (Survivor, BB, RR/RW, etc) have an element of a villian and a hero/heorine ..... and it stirs interest. Even here, I have sensed a serious dislike and loathing for Evan, CT, Rachel, and Diem. Even BMP and executive production can take someone/anyone and make them a villian or a hero and we are sold on the edit .... everytime.
I think V1Man is just warning everyone against speculating based on little to no information, which tends to circle back on itself and lead to speculation based on speculation, and people end up going in circles that are far from reality and not entirely productive.
I don't know what seats they will occupy on the return, but on the way over, almost all had lovely center seating so they could each make two new friends. BMP is so thoughtful that way.
Geez. I hope they had all purchased good magazines at the airport and that no one has a fear of ridiculously long flights. I wonder what it's like to settle back into life post-challenge. It can't be easy, especially when your body is still in time that is a day ahead.
I could care less who wins or who gets eliminated when, just as long as there are some good fights. It's been awhile since we've seen a kid get pepper sauced to death on these things.
I am hoping for a good combination with both drama and intense challenges along with a few surprise eliminations. If the challenge is good as a whole it'll matter a little less who actually wins at the end but yeah there is the fan in me that wants certain people to pull it off.
Well I think we have learned that the "Duel" has a random aspect in it to where anything can happen, and any 1 can go home at any time!
Most go home at an expected time if you've read the spoiler thread lol.

I was hoping Evan would be the one who got pepper sauced to death, but it looks like he survived.
Haha I remember that comment, I really wish Brad would've pounded Miz that night. Miz was cool when he first started challenges but his ego got waaaaaaaaay too big for his own good on the last couple he was on.

So he did have reason to gain an ego.

Apparently so did Brad until he actually knew what was going on. "NOW ITS A NECKLACE" I remember laughing hysterically at that.

Well it's only Adam, so it's not like we're getting anything major taken away from the show.

I have to say Brad used to be a champion at getting in good fights. He never really threw a fist, but his drunken mumbles were almost better. The Derrick/Brad fight where he just kept shouting "Why are you acting so different, FAMILY?"/"Let's get out the 16 ounces" was also laughs for days. Especially with the "let's hug it out shirtless, ****h" conclusion. Derrick, CT, both Adams, Joey from Hollywood, Brad and Abe need to be on the next challenge together. That's just a recipe for some good drunken fights. Too bad CT got himself banned4life and Abe is on his meds and Brad's retiring etc etc. Oh, what could have been. Anyway, closer to the topic...I think Rachel and Evan won. Britt and Landon took second. Aneesa and Mark took third. I also think that MJ and Diem were partners and that MJ was CT's replacement. The real question is how many, "YOU'RE A QUITTER" speeches did TEEEEEEEJ have to give this season? And was he or was he not wearing a Schwinn shirt while doing so?
CT was lucky he didn't break his arm when he punched that cactus, those things are no joke.
Well it's only Adam, so it's not like we're getting anything major taken away from the show.
I disagree. When you make such a blanket statement, it might be helpful if you made a case for your position -- if you are interested in having people respect your point of view.

Of all the challenge vets, I would actually point to Derrick and Brad as two who have really shown some growth over the years, relative to other cast members, of course. Even if they've only become better at knowing what to refrain from doing in front of the cameras (and, for the record, I think it's probably at least somewhat deeper than that for both of them), that's a lot more than one could say for others. I'm sort of hoping that Tori gives the editors less to work with this go-round, because I don't think she's gotten a great shake so far. Rachel has a couple more pictures up from Halloween. I thought the cast members weren't allowed to bring personal cameras?
I think V1 said Rachel & Mark were partners. Granted, we don't know if the teams stand/fall together at the end, but if Rachel won, she probably won with Mark.
I have to jump back in with a little help here or some of you will be searching a few continents and possible light years from reality. At the point in time that I mentioned partners, I never suggested or implied that they were partners forever, or if they always had the same ones every time, at the end, or even the same ones at the end, if they still needed partner at the end. Think.... outside the box. (or better yet, don't think) Sometimes a fact is just a fact and not a clue to future game play, since I only knew what I knew in real time as the challenge was underway.
The Halloween party took place before the start of the challenge, so their cameras were not yet taken away.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but by the start of the challenge do you mean before the cameras were rolling on them? Or before the competition actually started? Just wondering if we can look forward to seeing the Halloween party or not. And anyway, I was just using the things I've seen on here and Facebook to guess that I think there were partners/partner eliminations/and the partners won at the end. I realize I could be 100% wrong about all of that, but it's still fun to speculate.
Maybe before every two duels (one female and one male) everyone would partner up and those two people would be partners for that next female and male duel. If this is so im sure there was a rule with being partners with someone back to back. This could maybe explain why a guy and girl went home so close together? There could have been a male and female duel after every challenge. This is just a thought who knows.

Sorry just one more thing. Maybe if someone's partner goes home in one challenge and their partner is left alone, this would be a huge disadvantage especially if all the missions are designed to be done in partners....give me some feedback V1man

As I recall, they were invited through a BMP email to bring a Halloween costume. I also remember a reference to it not being shown because the series will air in the spring. It was Coral's mention of the costume thing to someone that started our look at her as a possible cast member. I still don't know if she was being intentionally deceptive or if it simply was a serendipitous comment made at a time when were searching for any relevant info.
Sorry just one more thing. I doubt they'd be forced to compete as individuals, though there might be a penalty for losing a partner.
By April there will be a million theories, and 99.999% will be wrong.
I think I've ceased trying to come up with my own theories; I'm just helping other people follow theirs through to logical conclusions. ;) Just another excuse not to do my actual work.
