OMG, that episode on CBS last night was a killer!
Not that I cared if he killed Paul or not, but I was so worried that he did and would get caught because it was in the heat of the moment. But, he only doped him up. Phew! But wouldn't Paul, when his brain clears, know that Dex hit him with a frying pan and must have doped him up?
And what a messed up court system Miami must have, for the police to go after her, when he has the record for spousal abuse???? A model parole? who cares if she lulled him into a false sense of security and trapped him to defend herself? Most juries would believe that it was self-defence.
And a vistation agreement, not sanctioned by the court, is not binding! Watch People's Court, and she'll tell you! ;)
I feel bad for Deb, sucks that she is so starved for love and affection.
I was going to ask how faired the detective, but I don't think I want to know yet.
And Kudos to the Lt. I thought she was a grade A *****, but now not so much.
Are we going to learn more about Dexter's mother? I'm definitely curious of how the ice-truck killer knows so much about Dexter's life when Dexter doesn't even remember his traumatic past.

Not really more about his mother. Season two spends a lot of time on his dad.
You will however find out why the ice truck killer knows so much about Dexter! ;)
I watched tonight's CBS episode last night.
I found it a bit shocking and unpredictable that Rudy would make his move on Deb so quickly. For some reason I was expecting it to be drawn out a little longer. Not that I was disappointed. Very good episode. I think it will only get better now that Dexter knows who the ice truck killer is.
They keep showing promos about watching Season 2 on the Movie Network and I have to say I am very tempted in ordering just to watch Dexter, since I can't get Showtime unless I buy a dish.

How did you achieve this quantum flux of time and space? You Canadians are really smart! ;)

Any sane person would give the police all the information concerning the investigation, but Dexter has his hands tied (being a full fledged serial killer himself!)

I'd get it for Bravo and the Discovery Channels alone! (I would say Lifetime too, especially with Army Wives coming back - but I have way too much pride.)
I don't keep the premium channels (like HBO & Showtime) and just finagle a deal every 6 months or so to watch Dexter, Weeds et al. Dish network always has some sort of thing you can do to get free premiums.
I have no idea the channels offered on our dish packages. I think we only have two providers in the area anyway. Bell ExpressVu and Star Choice. I think.
On my cable I can get Bravo and the movie networks. I'm not sure about LifeTime.
Anyway, CTV only aired the first part last night and the season finale will be on tonight. On CBS they are airing the two episodes back to back.
