David "Puck" Rainey Car Accident
Apparently Puck has been in a car accident with his 8 year old son and it's pretty bad according to tmz.
Puck from "The Real World: San Francisco" is hospitalized in San Diego following a terrifying car wreck that left the reality star and his 8-year-old son seriously injured ... this according to sources close to the family. We're told Puck was driving down Route 79 on Friday to go on a father-son fishing trip, when he swerved to avoid a deer and lost control of his car. The car rolled down an embankment and landed upside down in a creek. Sources tell us Puck -- real name David Rainey -- was trapped, but he managed to free his son, who flagged down some help. The two were transported to nearby hospitals where doctors discovered Puck had broken bones in both feet, his right hand, his neck ... and fractured his sternum and clavicle. We're told his son had bruised several internal organs in the wreck -- he also suffered major damage to his liver. Puck's son has since been released from the hospital -- but Puck is expected to remain hospitalized for at least another week.
[via]

Cops: 'Real World' Star Was Driving Drunk | TMZ.com TMZ now saying the cops claim Puck was driving drunk...without a license.
Well....that changes everything....
Just the perception of how it may have happened ... knowing Puck, he'll issue a statement of some sort and then I'll pass judgment.
My best wishes to Puck and his family.
Very sad news. Wish Puck a speedy recovery.
My best wishes to Puck and his family.
My best wishes to he and his folks.
Sorry to hear about this.

"He will be facing charges of DUI, child endangerment and driving without a license."
Driving under the influence with his child in the car? Really, Puck? What an idiot. I hope he turns out okay but seriously, that's messed up.

According to RealityBlurred: Puck says,
“I had a shot, two shots of Jack Daniels before I left, but I ate a sandwich with it, and when they tested my BAC, blood alcohol content, it was .03, which isn’t even wet reckless”
And also:
Earlier, Puck chokes up when he says, “it’s kind of sad when kids get hurt, I guess. … I’m kinda bummed.”
Um...ok? I'm just glad his son is going to be alright...What an idiot.
^Kinda bummed? I hope nothing but the best for his son and his family, but what an idiot!
^Kinda bummed? I hope nothing but the best for his son and his family, but what an idiot!
I know, it's downright shocking. "Blah blah yeah it sucks when you drink whiskey and then take off in your ****ty car and end up seriously hurting yourself and your son, Oh and now you may be paralyzed in your upcoming surgery?! Yeah major BUMMER." I just don't get people sometimes.
I recently watched San Fransisco and it seems like Puck really hasn't changed. I feel bad for his son and family, but he is just a ******* that needs to grow the hell up.
I think he has changed for the most part. Keep in mind, he was irresponsible but since BOTS until now, he has not really been known for being an ***. He made a mistake and is paying for it. He is also angry, upset, and frustrated with himself. I'm guessing at that but I know I would be, if ever actually drank and then did something so stupid. If his son dies from his injuries, Puck will wish more pain on himself than anyone else can give him. I just hope things work out for the best for him. He has enough self-loathing to deal with already.

I agree... he is physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I agree... he is physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Um...alright. I was just responding to your "if his son dies from his injuries" part. He's nowhere close to dying from his injuries.
