No. CT and Tina were brought in at the end. The three teams were still there when the Hard Hitters showed up.
Oh, and I have an editing speculation: if this season will be a 10 episode season like the past few have been I have a feeling that episode nine will end in one of two ways.
1) Johnny's elimination round - as in before he's eliminated. In the middle of his battle it does the whole TO BE CONTINUED... thing.
or
2) With CT and Tina brought out. It'd be something like TJ saying the "time to bring out the hard hitters," line and then have CT and Tina standing there. Maybe a voice over of someone saying "What the **** is going on?!" or something to that extent... and then going to black with the TO BE CONTINUED... screen.
(Not fact. Just speculation.)
It's a shame that they're only bringing Tina out for the last two episodes of the season (if these rumours are true, of course). I've been a fan of Tina's since I saw her on the first challenge I watched.

Will Fresh Meat 2 did, so there is a huge possibility they might show the teams.
Hopefully the teams aren't one sided like the [B]G3 [/B]and [B]the Ruins [/B]cause that makes the challenges so predictable and unfair.

That's true. But on Fresh Meat 2. The first thing they did was choose partners. On this one we don't now the process; and that will give away the main part of the first episode and lessen the interest of the challenge for the winning captains. I'm expecting some twists and turns.
Also, I hope the teams are fair, too. There's no Kenny or Evan, so we have a chance at a fair game! lol I'm excited to see who can tough it out. Oh yeah, and bios and cast photos are enough for me...I'd probably rather wait to see how the team-picking unfolds.

Yeah, but I think kdub means that technically we aren't supposed to know the process. FM2 we knew how it would be since we saw FM1 and with Cut Throat being a completely new game, we really shouldn't know anything about it, but we obviously have great inside sources here who share with us. :)

To win a Challenge, Step 1: Make Enemies (then it showed various people fighting)
Step 2: Sleep with your enemies (showed clips of various people hooking up)
Step 3: Make new enemies (showed CT walking in and everyone's mouth dropped)

Was it another teaser? Like did it end with "The Challenge: Cutthroat" title? I don't know what else it could be, really, but I just figured BMP/MTV would wait until Wednesday for a new teaser.

It didn't really seem like a teaser or trailer, just one of the little commercials mtv puts together, like with the mtv people talking in the background.. Do you get what im trying to say?
It did end with The Challenge: Cutthroat, and the man talking said October 6th at 10.

Yeah, the way it was done was sort of like the Jersey Shore previews for season 2, how is was all G (then it showed gym) T (tanning bed) L (laundry) for GTL.
The only other thing I can think it was like is The Buried Life commercials where it said "The Buried Life boys are back" Then shows clips of them..

I have a feeling his part in the show might not be that big. But Im just assuming this because of the fact that they're showing him in the teasers like its not a major spoiler or anything.
They just played another preview.I missed the very beginning but in writing it said "3 Teams, 1 Winner" and "Lots of scars" and it showed a lot of missions. The missions look really good, walking across a rope between two buildings with a partner, having a partner and jumping onto a swinging platform, the teams were running together, kind of like a football game.
The thing I found odd was that for the partner missions shown, if I remember correctly, there was a member of the blue team with a member of the red team as their partner. And they definitely didn't look like eliminations.
I only saw the red and blue teams. I saw Theresa in blue (like we already knew) and I'm pretty sure I saw Dan's name on a red shirt.
There was also a male with a good deal of ****** hair on the red team, if I had to pick out who I'd think it was, it'd be either Derrick or Johnny.

Well now we know there's at least two new previews being played on MTV, maybe more. If Dan, Brad, and either Derrick or Johnny are on the red team together, that team probably did pretty well.
Just saw yet again, another preview. The third team is grey, not green. Abe and Sarah are definitely on the grey team, and Johnny's on the blue team. They have their name's on the front of their shirts this time around, and it showed Abe screaming, and Johnny talking right to the camera. So I'm 100% sure that those three are correct.
It also showed Katie (she didn't have a team shirt on) and she said "I just got my *** kicked" and she looked in pretty bad shape, hair and make up messed up.
Just saw the commercial...I think the third color is gray not green...from what I saw...Sarah was yelling at Shavoun and Abe was in the same color too. Johnny I think was in blue..I didn't record it. I thought I saw Sarah throwing up and being put in an ambulence.
