Seeing as how the newbies were the first to get the boot, I am guessing Luke won at least one elimination.
He seems pretty athletic. Not very strong, but quick, agile, etc.

First, I just wanna say that I always wondered how you ended up with such a similar name to mine haha.
Anyways, I agree that Luke doesn't seem like a very strong guy because he's shorter and doesn't have the muscular frame the others do, but like you said his small size helps him have strength in his quickness and agility, which can win eliminations just as easily as being big can. This was the case with Danny on both the Inferno 3 and Gauntlet 3. He lost to Adam and Davis who were smaller in size than him.
On another note, I hope nobody just sat back and rode right to the end. I'm also hoping the eliminations don't involve somebody from each of the three teams going in. I'd like to see the winning team choose two people from both of the other two teams and then those teams either vote for the person on the other team they want to go in.
Ex. The red team wins the challenge and picks Tyler and Johnny from the black team and Luke and JD from the blue team to be up for nomination. The black team votes for JD to go into elimination and the blue team picks Tyler to go against him.
I think that would cause a lot of drama with people not going against the person they want and maybe they would even be some switching of the votes Inferno 2 style haha.
yeah i did and its whack. Luke that low? seriously, you put Chet before him, who did one challenge on The Ruins, where Luke won 2 exiles, and kicked *** in most of the challenges.
Here is rank list:

3. Brad
4. Johnny
5. Dunbar
6. Dan
7. Luke

He was in two. He and Evelyn beat Wes & Mandi but lost to Landon & Carley

He was in three. They also beat Paula & Jeff.

I wonder for the elimanation round if you get to pick what your playing like The Duel or Gaunlet's or if you just show up and find out what the game is like Inferno's or Ruins. IMO that make's a big differnce becuase in Duel's you know what your playing and can prepare for it in the Ruins you just had to show up and hope the game is something that you can feature your strenghts.
Luke is a weak player.
He was picked last because of his low stats on the obstacle course. I feel fairly confident in saying the only reason he made it as far as he did on FM2 was because of Evelyn and Wes running the show for the first half, Evelyn being a tough partner, and Wes giving up in the exile.
In the case of Cut Throat, I have no idea how he made it as far as he did. I'm sure when we find out the format of the challenge it will shed more light on the situation.
Maybe Luke's team kept losing and the other team had to pick the people who go into elimination rounds. So... they never picked Luke because he was weak and wanted him to stay with his team.
Goddess Ayiia? Really?
Yes really. Ayiiia is a throwback to the old greats of The Real World like Puck, Flora, Tami, Heather B. & Nicole. Them being ruthless callous & rude makes for great reality tv. I respect Ayiiia for at least being consistently entertaining which is a lot more than I can say about current other Real Worlders.

She reminds me sooo much of Coral.
They should just stack 1 team up like this
Guys Girls
Abe Tori
Brad Laurel
Derrick Cara Maria
Johnny Emily
Dunbar Jenn
Oh yeah,because thats fair...
Im assuming there is 3 teams of 10 5 guys 5 girls so here is how i would like to see the teams divided up.
Team 1
Ayiiia
Katie
Mandi
Melinda
Shavon
Chet
JD
Brandon
Luke
Dan
Team 2
Laurel
Emily
Jenn
Thresea
Emiliee
Eric
Johnny
Derrick
Vinny
Tyler
Team 3
Camila
Cara Maria
Paula
Sarah
Tori
Brad
Abram
Derek
Dunbar
Ty
That seems fair and balanced you guys can make your teams.
Yeah dude, you need to mix some people around because, the way you have it, Luke would be the only person remaining on his team. Team 3 is stacked, Ty, Dunbar, Abram, and Brad all on the same team. Also you have the weakest girls on team 1. Other than that, it seems pretty legit.
Yeah i just have this feeling that 1 team is going to be stacked and that Johnny and Derrick will be on the same team.We need a trailer.
Trailer should be released in about a month or so.
Ok i think i got it better this time around
Team 1
Aiiia
Camila
Cara Maria
Katie

Tyler
Eric
Brandon
Luke

Team 2

I don't understand why we're making teams when we have no idea how they're going to be made. They might not be "fair" at all. Let us all remember the Ruins and Gauntlet III teams where the Rookies/Challengers were nowhere near as good as their competition.
This is the kind of stuff Molds refers to. People just decide randomly to post teams or who they thought win with no evidence to support or back it up. Then someone will randomly see it and accept it as fact.
Someone already made a wikipedia page for this challenge and it hasn't even been officially announced by BMP/MTV (at least to the best of my knowledge). Plus, they called it the RW/RR Challenge, when we know the name is going to be simplified to "The Challenge." Where I was going with that one though, is if someone doesn't come to vevmo but uses Wikipedia as their information source and sees vevmo as a reference. They could come here, see these teams and change it on wikipedia. Is it the end of the world? No. But it can all be avoided if we just wait patiently.
I know you're having fun with it. I'm excited too. There's no reason though for us to say "this is who I think will be on a team" and not explain why you think that other than saying "it's close to being fair."
Time to sit back and relax. Just enjoy RW: NOLA for now. That's definitely entertaining enough.
Luke is a weak player.

Im just looking at the first stats that were shown from the 'Meet the Meat' episode and...
Pull-ups
Noor: 21
Jeff: 19
Luke: 15
Vinny: 11
Brandon: 10
Pete: 7
Vertical Jump
Vinny: 4'0"
Jeff: 3'9"
Luke: 3'8"
Noor: 3'7"
Brandon: 3'6"
Pete: 3'6"
40Yrd Dash
Noor: 4.84
Luke: 5.44
Pete: 5.50
Vinny: 5.53
Brandon: 5.62
Jeff: 5.63
Obstacle Course:
Noor: 3:30
Luke: 2:47
Brandon: 3:09
Pete: 3:50
Jeff: 5:19
Vinny: DQ
So yah. Luke wasnt bad at all in the Combine challenges that were shown. From the notebook quick-shot theres also...
- Shuttle Run
- 3 Cone Drill
- Bench Presses
- Broad Jump
And from the shot, only 4 profiles are shown.
- Brandon
- Noor
- Carley
- Cara Maria
So this could mean a mix of several things.
1 - This is Fresh meat 2, the Alumni would want a partnet who can carry weight well so if they do get put into exile, things would be okay. If Luke had performed poorly on the Bench-Pressing that could be a big strike against him. For instance from the show we can see Brandon (The person who lost against Luke in every aired Combine) did a total of 7 Bench Presses beating the top man Noor's number of only 3.
2 - Lukes whole attire didnt help him and the other men 'looked' more like they were ready for the whole game. While yes, Luke does look like the stoner hippie who could be a potential male Casey (More Party, less game) which could have caused the alumni to question if he was physically ready to do anything AND mentally ready to do any sort of scheming.
3 - As far as 'Looks' go. Luke also probably wasnt and isnt who the other women would hook-up with. Jillian and Katelynne aside, the rest of the girls were single. (Sarah/Paula especially though more Sarah than Paula)
-----------------------------------------
Anyway this is going completely off track. I dont belive Luke is a very weak player. He isnt the best of course but hes also far from being useless so I can see how he got far, if hedge my bets and say he stuck close to Cara Maria, who in turn seems to have stuck with Abe, thereby helping his game massively.
Maybe Luke got picked last because he's 5'6.
Maybe Luke got picked last because Jenn likes men who can grow ****** hair and Paula still thought everything was bigger and better in Texas and Sarah totally just wanted to bang her arm candy and Jillian thought Pete was like, seriously ridiculously good looking and they could make lots of beautiful country club babies together and Katelynn prefers dark chocolate.
Maybe Luke got picked last because he had a dream about a unicorn the night before.

Maybe Luke got picked last because he had a dream about a unicorn the night before.
Haha, from what I've read about Luke, this is highly likely.
I thought Luke wasn't picked. (which was the case, if you are last that implies you weren't picked but forced upon someone) Was because he was small and weak. This was proven in the faceoffs when he had to stop and was the only guy to take less weight then there female partner.
I think it all depends on value. On FM2, even though the alumni were not certain what the exiles would be like, I am sure they assumed it would be something like the first FM, which involved carrying weight. So I think that was the main reason.
However, on team challenge Luke could be seen as valuable for a final mission. He did fine on the endurance exiles, and he did fine on the swinging stick-grab-thingy (or whatever) and on the swim and climb. So I think he did fairly well considering he and Ev went first nearly every time.
It will be interesting to see though, mostly because the challenges on The Ruins basically had nothing to do with athleticism. So hopefully that will change.
Not even close.
Agreed. Aiiiya reminds me more of Ellen (RR10/BOTS) with her ability to stir up stuff but not have the common sense to clear the outcome properly. Ironic when I pegged Joey her love/hate rival as Puck on the first episode XD
Unlike Aiiiya however I cant see her being any good physically :P
[strike]A crazy though... What if there's no a 3 team challenge? And there's a missing people like a replaement (like evelyn ok FM2) and the teams are split this way: 8 guys and 7 girls on one team and 8 girls and 7 guys on the other? (I know is unfair to have a man more in one team, but the other girl can be strong like emiily is suposed to be) the other crazy though is that may be a gender challenge like BOTS and every week a guy and a girl get the axe... Just a though :)[/strike]
