I didn't see Johnny reacting in the commercial post episode. I saw him reacting to the challenge that day, but not to CT's entrance.

Usually the finale will be only an hour long.
It sounded like Sarah. I don't think they would have ever asked Kenny to do something like this because he would definitely just let whoever he liked win. Derrick and Johnny would guaranteed not lose if it were them, and he'd probably give Abram preference over anyone on Red. They probably wanted someone with less personal ties to everyone.
Unfortunately CT got the one guy he has a pretty strong opinion about.
I thought it was Paula, but I don't really remember it now. If it were Kenny, they could bring up a fun little situation:
Laurel: "Kenny, Fresh Meat partner!"
Tina: "He was mine first..."
