Cut Throat - Katie Doyle

First Appearance: Road Rules: The Quest Retirement is supposed to last more than two Challenges right? After telling Derrick on The Ruins that it was her final Challenge, she quickly came back for Cut Throat. The oldest veteran of the females Katie has seen her, and been a part of her fair share of drama throughout the years and with a name like Cut Throat its safe to say that isn't over for her. While she has never been the strongest female on any team, her resiliency is almost un-matched as she proved on Inferno 1 when her team tried to get eliminated via the Inferno. Katie and Sarah also had some drama on The Ruins, which they both said was over but will the pressure of another Challenge get to Katie and make her snap? Will someone put another plunger in her bed? I hope Katie keeps doing challenges, even though the past few she's said were her last. She's such a great character on the challenges and I love watching the drama.

Don't really get why this chick keeps coming back... she isn't a threat to win, doesn't even like competing in half the missions they have them do, and gets her feelings hurt/spazzes out every season because her team plots to get rid of her. You'd think 7+ years of going on national TV and putting yourself out there to be humiliated and embarrassed would get old after awhile.

Even though she's in her 30s now, who cares? If I was on the challenges and had a job where I could still do challenges, I'd come back for every one they asked me to do. And she's been on MTV for 9 years now:wink2:

Well she's a joke if you ask me. Cries and rants and raves about how it's so embarrassing to have teammates throw challenges to get rid of her, throws hissy fits because she doesn't want to do certain things. She acts like the other people are the problem & not her... but this is like the third generation of mainstay castmembers since she started doing these challenges and they've all tried to get rid of her. Maybe she should realize it's not them, it's her that sucks and is a liability and that's why people don't want her there.

But I get what you're saying here. Before you said you dont know why she goes on the challenges, but cmon, who wouldnt wanna participate? But in this post you do make points that cover how she actually goes about the challenge, not just actually going.

It's the same old story for Katie. Big talk about how she's going to try to get one of the johnny/kenny/evan voted in. It never happens and she gets voted in and throws a fit. Instead of taking it out on the people that voted her in, she goes after a rooke girl. She needs to retire because this is getting quite old. I think it was best summed up when Johnny called her a cancer in the kitchen and she could just say sorry.

Katie barely cries. I felt bad for her. Katie would orchestrate a plan to get the big dogs voted in, but she doesn't have the numbers. She always tries. Katie is amazing in every other aspect besided her athleticism.

Nipe I definitely felt bad for her. It's just the kind of sadness that comes out when you get so pissed off and then the anger just causes you to break down. Poor Katie.

I used to not like her for some reason (1st time seeing her was on G3), then liked her a little more on G3 reunion when she spoke her mind and called the guys out for "trimming the fat". But I definitely love her on this challenge. Watching her soft moment with Brandon made me wanna cry. She has the heat in her to compete and that's what I like. I think the disadvantage is her size, she's too small, otherwise, I'm sure she'll kick many ***** too
