I don't think Evan should have came on Rivals if he was gonna go home anyway. That was not cool for him to diss Nehemiah's spirituality.
Well he had no way of knowing he was gonna go home.
I don't know if Nehemiah's spirituality is fake or not, I don't know Nehemiah personally so I can't really say. I think Evan just said that because Nehemiah called him fake, and so Evan was looking for something to say back.
The idea you would think would be to have the mass hanging (i.e. not Jasmine.) Maybe they were thinking different, who knows. ;)
Clearly Jasmine is terrified of heights. They did it this way because I think they were afraid that if Jonna was hanging...Jasmine would either not jump at all, take much longer to jump, not jump far enough...etc.

He is not the only one who has dissed Nehemiah's spirituality, in the Duel 2 Landon, MJ and Dumbar did the same thing
Imo i think the "Mob" made a big mistake in not trying to set up CT & Adam vs Mike and Leroy. First, that's CT's only friend in Leroy & Mike, second Leroy matches up with CT the best size wise and Mike & Adam are about even. Let me know if you guys agree or disagree.
I enjoyed this episode. Evan played himself and I don't blame Nehemiah one bit for being angry at him. Obviously their lack of communication was a big downfall whereas CT and Adam worked as a team. I'm so happy to see Evan go home JEK took a big hit. Johnny needs to pipe down he knows that CT would crush him and I can't wait for the episode where they do the tackling so he can put a hurt on Johnny once again.
I do hope that Adam not coming onto the aftershow has to do with him realizing that JEK are not his real friends. It is pathetic how they treat him behind his back.
I don't care for Laurel or Mandi but I have to say whatever Laurel did was atrocious. It looks like a bad weave. Love that the Miz was hosting the Aftershow! Next week should be fun I can't wait to see Jenn go after Cara Maria.

I love how Evelyn is the voice of reason on this challenge. Love. Her. I wish they'd show more of her.
Kenny and Wes celebrating their win was hilarious. Evan is a *********. I'm not even that big of a Nehemiah fan, but I still felt for the guy. Johnny, you're scared ****less of CT. Period.

I don't see why that wouldn't be an obvious plan in the case that CT/Adam or Mike/Leroy got last place on a challenge and the other team didn't get first. This is very unlikely to happen though and there hasn't been the opportunity to do this yet. It probably was a plan that came up but didn't get any camera time because it never had opportunity to come to fruition..

I may be the only person who thinks this, but I really didn't think Laurel's hair looked that bad. Made her look a bit older and more refined. And she looked really muscular (toned) in the aftershow too.

I didn't think that it looked bad. When anyone makes a drastic hair color change it's always going to look a bit strange at first. Just most people prefer her hair dark.

I don't know, I think "real friends" is a weird phrase to use because they probably are friends IN REAL LIFE in that they hang out outside the show and get along and have interests in common. Whereas maybe he realises they're not "show friends" in that they scheme behind his back ON THE SHOW.
CT is his show-friend for this season (because he has to work with him) but not a real-friend, for sure.

What exactly did JEK do to Adam behind his back? They've said to his face multiple times that they only want him gone because of CT. He also acknowledges that he's the odd man out of the four and seems to have no problem with it. I've heard his interviews after the show and he still has nothing but good things to say about JEK, and vice versa, so I'm pretty sure he still knows that they are his real friends.
I'm happy as hell that Evan is gone.
Loved the Miz on the aftershow and also saying that CT was the only one he knew on these things know.
I really really hate The Stale Meat/Austin/Key West Cluster**** on these things. I don't get why they're all these new seasons yet these nimrods are still running things.
Oh and Laurel looked like Crap on the Aftershow. CHANGE BACK TO BRUNETTE!
Just watched the episode online, I think Wes was right that Nehemiah and Evan were both in the wrong. Evan really ****ed up in the jungle tho, what the hell was with him this season? He stopped working out or something?
Also in the aftershow the Miz looks kinda weird, Laurel looked like a bigger ***** than usual when she came on and the Nehemiah/Evan situation was just stupid. And thanks MTV for the SUPER EXCLUSIVE preview that was posted on the website 1-2 weeks ago :)

He didn't want to be there, he missed his girlfriend back home and he had just spent a semester in Israel studying for his graduate degree, so I don't think he was really training for it.

It is especially sad when a lot of the newbies express interest in challenges,New Drama is great that why the old challenges were best because the diversity in every season.I could pretty much see how this season was going from the start.
Nehemiah is so underrated. Before the season started I remember reading a lot of comments like, "He's going to hold Evan back." "I feel sorry for Evan because he's stuck with Nehemiah" blah blah but if you look closely during the elimination round Nehemiah was pulling his weight and it was EVAN who was struggling, (and while I didn't read of the comments in this thread) it doesn't seem like anyone gave Nehemiah any credit. Evan was the dead weight on that team and Nehemiah is really a good competitor.
Overall, solid episode.
I'm still unsure as to why JEK thought that Evan's team would be the best team to take out CT and Adam. We all know Evan hasn't pulled his weight this season and seems to be a bit out of shape. In my opinion, Johnny and Tyler would have had a good chance at taking them out as well. I think we can all agree that, that jungle was insanely hard. Makes me wonder how production chooses jungles since they don't spin a wheel or anything.
Also, Mandi and CT say on the after show that they never had sex. Who's buying it? We also hear on this episode that Mandi and Wes have sex, but we never really see it, love when Jasmine goes to investigate.
Anyone else surprised by Jonna's lack of involvement with any of the men. We barely even see her talk to any of the guys. Surprising to me after watching her cancun season where all she did was hung out with and flirted with guys.

Evan wanted to kinda go home so he volunteered, also Evan and Nehemiah are both 2 strong guys which is what you need against CT. Johnny/Tyler and Wes/Kenny probably didn't want to take the risk.
I think they pick the elimination rounds judging by who goes in, to give both pairs an even shot (unless production really wants 1 team to stay in the game I guess), this is my idea of it anyway after watching many seasons :p
And I do believe CT/Mandi didn't have sex, I heard CT had a girlfriend at home and was just flirting with the girls to get votes to break up the alliances in the game. Also it was jenn who said she saw them having sex while she just snuck into the room, pulled a blanket down and immediatly charged out and scream they were having sex while as far as I could see they were laying under a blanket. Jasmine sneaking around was just hilarious yeah :p
I'm glad this episode had so many lighthearted moments. Jesus Mike and Jasmine hiding under the bed were ROFL-worthy.
Did anyone else watch the online exclusive clips for this episode? Mike with the Paula blow-up doll is adorable.

Best thing about that video:
Leroy walks in like: Why you got a blow up doll man?..
I don't really blame Mandi for being upset, and I don't think she and CT ever had sex. Even if there wasn't a ton going on between them, she still must have felt really stupid when CT was saying the crap he was about how he was sorry about everything, and then goes with Laurel, and then listening to Laurel talking about how she's real and Mandi's fake and if it was a game, Laurel "won". Really, Laurel? From where I stand, all I see are two suckers. And I can't believe Laurel was so upset about what Mandi said in the confessional...clearly she's a little touchy about her size and weight. I'm honestly kind of surprised Laurel didn't just laugh it off.

I'm not really sure what kool-aid "the mob" was drinking when they decided Evan/Nehemiah could win against CT/Adam. Evan may have stood a chance in another challenge, but he hasn't done anything impressive this time around. And he looked really pathetic in the elimination. I for one am glad that the alliance has been knocked down a peg, and Evelyn has been proven right.
Also, Jenn needs to stop yelling about other people having sex just because they're under a blanket together. Not everyone is like you. I wish she would just hit Cara Maria in the next episode and get herself sent home.
Just finished watching the aftershow and I have to say, it looks like CT and Wes played it up for the cameras when they were there. They seem perfectly cool with each other now and Wes even said on Derricks podcast that him and CT get along outside of the show. Laurel and Mandi made a big deal out of nothing since they were bored on the challenge and wanted some company in the form of CT so they're friends now. Evan and Nehemiah still can't get along though lol.

I Think it's also what Mandi said about her in the room... when she called her some names. It looked as though they were close or at least friends before that though. So maybe that's why Laurel was angry. Can't say she really should be though... it was a dumb situation.

If they were actually that close, then Laurel wouldn't have gone after CT when she knew Mandi was interested.
I was actually kind of amused by the "200 lb gorilla" comment...I totally thought she was talking about CT at first, until she said Laurel.
Do these people not know how to swim? Their times would have been significantly faster if they tucked their heads in. All of them kept their heads out of the water while swimming. I mean, maybe it was the helmets or something, but even Wes kept his head out of the water. Only person who put their head down was Ev.

I think the helmets with the attached cameras made it really hard. Ev sure did kill it, though (or at least it looked like she beat Paula by a significant margin).

Only one helmet per pair had a camera on it - the jumper's. If the camera really hindered a person's swimming, I would have made the stronger swimmer the jumper with the camera, like how Wes and Kenny had it. I don't know if I believe that swimming with your head out of the water is faster than swimming with good form (head tucked down) even if you had a camera. Also, these people seem to think that the harder you slap the water, the faster you are moving.
