I feel like FM2 had a great Veteran cast that was kind of wasted..
Kenny, Jenn, Landon, Paula, Evelyn, CJ, Wes, Darrell, Jillian, Sarah. I would've much rather seen them interact in a different challenge atmosphere. Just my opinion but I also prefer warmer challenge climates than colder ones, I also prefer real eliminations over Exiles.
I keep thinking of more reasons I didn't like Fresh Meat 2 (though I'm easy to please, ill way the challenge no matter what).
I didn't like how Jenn and Noor had to run the final less than 24 hours after their Exile.
I didn't like the Wes vs. Kenny storyline at all.
I didn't like that Jonna lost her passport and missed her first challenge (again, selfish opinion).
And to be honest, looking back on every challenge I can think of so many memorable moments, Fresh Meat 2 is the exception. I remember Jenn hitting Mandi, Carley and Laurel squawking, Landon using his head to push Carley up the mountain, and Evelyn being a brat constantly.
I much prefer Seasons 2 over Fresh Meat 2.
At the time the Veteran cast was tired. Besides Darrell, Landon & Jillian everyone else not anyone that most were excited to see.

I disagree. Darrell had just gotten kicked off the Ruins so he was exciting to see again, Jillian and Landon definitely were nice to see return.
Kenny had just won the Ruins, Evelyn had just lost the Ruins due to personal hatred towards her team so her return had excitement for some fans, Paula made her first appearance since being screwed over on the Island, CJ was new so people wanted to see how he would compete, especially being an NFL tryout, and Sarah had just come off a solid performance on her debut challenge.
I have not seen all of Darrels seasons, was it only team challenges he won aside from fresh meat? or did he win another pair challange?
He's only been on the Fresh Meat Challenges as far as pair challenges, in which he won the first.
I have not seen all of Darrels seasons, was it only team challenges he won aside from fresh meat? or did he win another pair challange?
Only team challenges and then Fresh Meat.
The Gauntlet, the Inferno, and the Inferno 2

Paula was on the duel 2
BOTS2 was a great season while FM2 just....sucked
BOTS2 Sucked in my opinion. What was so good about it? Just curious.
BOTS2 Sucked in my opinion. What was so good about it? Just curious.
Everything, the only problem it had was the big alliance. It had drama, hookups, competition, I'm actually curious why do you think it sucked.
Fresh meat 2 wouldn't have been very memorable to me if it hadn't been the first challenge I went back and watched after I saw rivals as it aired. Seeing Kenny and Wes and more of their relationship stuck with me. Plus I liked Kenny and laurel a lot as a team.
But for Battle of the seasons I literally only remember "you wanna get street *****" and the degradation of Sam by Zach and frank during the final chAllenge.

Just chiming in but:
I actually liked the cast. My opinion of a few people has changed since then but I liked almost everybody back then, except Big Easy.
I liked the format of choosing eliminations. I like the four person teams, as well.
The eliminations were really great in my opinion.
I think the challenges were the best we've seen in awhile.

That is exactly what I just said. People were only excited to see those 3 at the time. Kenny, Evelyn, Paula & Wes were tired at this point. CJ & Sarah weren't that exciting and they weren't "Veterans". Paula was also on Duel 2, which was just 2 seasons prior.

Yeah the big alliance. I hate that the veterans lost so early.

That season did suck. Especially after 4 great challenges in BOTSeasons, BOTSexes, Inferno & The Gauntlet. The drama was basically old vs new which didn't last long. Besides Ayanna spazzing & Tina vs Tonya there really wasn't much drama and the season was predictable. I think this was the first challenge where people were tired of the regulars as well.

I'm aware of what you said, it's right in front of me. Thank you for pointing that out though.. I was agreeing with you.
Considering everybody you named as "tired" went on to continue to compete and win challenges, I don't consider any if them as disliked or "tired" at the point of Fresh Meat 2.
CJ and Sarah were Alumni, might has well have been Veterans. And as I said above, I meant Paula's first challenge back with Evelyn.

Talking about Battle of the Seasons 2, not Sexes 2

I'm saying tired as in people were upset with the cast when it originally aired. There were no surprises & Darrell went home on the first episode. Yeah Jillian was there, but she didn't add anything to the season.

I agree. Never really a Jillian fan myself. Definitely prefer Kina and Jodi from Xtreme and always thought Jillian was overrated.
I think Frank May have added to my Jillian dislike though, the way they were freaking out because females wanted to go against Jillian in the Gauntlet when they agreed each nominee could pick their own opponent ****** me off.

I liked Kina up until Gauntlet 2. I never really had a strong liking for the Xtreme Girls but if I had to rate them it'd go Angela, Jodi, Jillian, Ibis, Kina.
Battle of the Seasons 2 SUCKED HORRIBLY in my opinion. Wes went home in the first episode; poor Alton got ganged up on by a bunch of un-charismatic, animalistic attention-seekers; the enormous alliances made the gameplay predictable; all of the drama was drunken and pointless; and none of the new faces could carry the show. Overall just a boring, eyeroll-worthy season. The only highlight was Dustin's beautiful "YOU WANNA GET STREET!?" rant against Frank.
What was the first season people watched? i came way late into the challenge game. I randomly found the challenge on mtv.com after watching rw:LV2 which was the first RW i watched. CT and Leeroy made rivals for me, and got me hooked on the challenge.

Gauntlet 3 but I don't remember much of it. First Real World season was Denver.

The Duel 2
Infero 2 was my first season.
Austin was my first real world season.
I started watching when I was in middle school and have been obsessed since. The older seasons were so much better. Even though they were only 30 mintues long so much more happened.
