This season is really setting us up for a new school vs old school next season. Don’t miss the opportunity MTV!
Exactly what I was thinking! BMP already missed a great opportunity by not having Old School vs. New School after Battle of the Seasons 2 so they could redeem themselves for Challenge 34. They could call it Battle of the Ages or something. These rookies are bringing it and I would love to see them compete against some of the best veterans.

Battle of the Ages/Eras/etc after Seasons 2 would have changed the show for the better IMO. The trilogy strangely revived it (I mean there was a lot of good in the trilogy although repetitive) but S34 is a huge opportunity. Ideally about half the rookies from this season return and we can begin a legit "new era".
They'd have to scale back the physicality of the challenge - which I'd be okay with - if they made it old school vs new school format. I don't know the ages but I imagine guys like CT, Brad, Darrell, John, Coral, etc are all around 38-40 years old. I'm in that age range and I'm in great shape, but could I hold up over a season long highly phyiscal challenge as well as a 25 year old? That said, I'd love it.
Do it and let it be the farewell challenge for some of those old heads. Looking at dad bod ct, ********* john, and crusty cara maria in particular.

I'd be cool with it if they made it clear it was the end for a lot of the old school, and had people like Landon, Alton, Coral, Tina, etc. come back for one last go. And I want to see some of these old guys up against new guys physically. Derrick, CT, Brad, Darrell can still keep up with the new kids, andJohn would be gone first probably

that just brought me back to how excited I was when Darrell beat him on Invasion and how they hyped up the “battle of the century between the two champ of champs.” The Kang really did the Lord’s work exterminating Zach and John to only be robbed by the rules ugh (although CT impressed everyone with that knot). No doubt he would have had a 5th win if they allowed 2 champs instead of one

I would also love an Old School vs Middle School vs New School challenge! 3 teams to make it more compelling than a 2-large-team challenge.who is feasible for old school women? Veronica, Aneesa, Kendall, Jodi, Tina, Coral, Tori Hall? if they will pay them enough. Sarah too I guess.Middle School would start at... Seasons 2? And New School at Vendettas?
Would not be surprised if they counted Nany and Jenna as "Old School" then Ashley/Amanda era as middle school then Kam/Day + UK people as New School.
Nany would make sense, but would Jenna? She premiered on Exes 2, when AYTO started being cast. I don't think that can be counted as Old School at all.
But yes, definitely Amanda & Ashley as Middle School. They both premiered on Rivals 3. I think New School would be when casting exploded by introducing BB + UK competitors, on Vendettas.
I want the exile elimination format from Fresh Meat 2. But instead last place calls out who they want to face in elimination afterthe daily challenge and they leave the daily chellenge and go straight to elimination while everyone else is waiting at the house to see who returns.

Jenna and Ashley were on the same RW tho so that’s a little odd if one is considered a different category than the other. I see why bc Jenna started before her but still

I just attempted making a cast for it in the fantasy thread. Had to split it to 4 teams of 8 Old School, AYTO-Invasion Era, Big Brother/UK Era, Prospects Era in order to have more rookies. With only 1 team of BB+UK/Prospects there would barely be any new people.
Honestly I'd probably punch a baby for another Duel. Kind of tired of the teams format, especially when it happens so often that some of the same guys always get strong partners (John with Camilla, Nany, Tony, etc) whereas some people get saddled with weak or incompentent partners. CT has been stuck with old vacationing Veronica, useless Adam, dying Diem, and arguably his best partner (Wes) he got when he (Wes) was in his scrawniest, least physical shape. But those are just two examples....
It’s now been almost five months since S33 started filming. Hopefully we start getting some news on S34 this month.
Just because they aren't publicly posted it doesnt mean we dont have news. Season 34 early pre departure speculation thread will be post weeks or a month before departure.
I managed to watch the first episode of Battle of the Sexes 1 thanks to WatchSeries.
The thing to remember is that i had previously seen almost all of the series except the finale a full decade prior so memory was very hazy. The Sergeant Says mission was lots of fun especially with that twist of not doing what the sergeant tells you if he doesn't yell out "Sergeant". From what i gather on the girls' side, they're setting up Ellen as the good girl narrator who understandably hates the Inner Circle mostly due to Melissa getting what she wanted in having Julie voted out first.
As for the David vs. Puck situation, i know Puck isn't exactly a saint but David kept antagonizing the guy that he pretty much deserved that spit on the face for the ages. Plus his negative attitude from the fallout of the situation definitely led to the rest of the cast alienating him until he quit in an era before there was a TJ Lavin who would've torn him apart for throwing in the towel instead of facing his upcoming elimination like a man.

David and Puck knew they were paid to do exactly what they did.
I always wanted a Sexes with a scoreboard. The last place girl and guy automatically go into elimination and the inner circle got to pick their opponent. Forces competition and drama. Would have been interseting to see if the guys would have just thrown in the bottom 2 every time.

That would be dope but It would defeat one of the greatest things about FM2's system which was the politics and strategies that teams had to do while choosing.
Devyn was just awful, period. Still, I'd rather see her host than a wrestler or justina.
Speaking of 2 season contracts and what nots.... is John still guaranteed to be there in the fall because of a contract?
Yeah I know they'll cast him regardless but let a fan dream that there is at least a possibility he isn't cast.
Let's hope they cast competiers for now on.

It is a new ******* era, like these rookies don't know who the **** the vets are and have no problem targeting them since they're all garbage anyways
Cutthroat 2 with Super Vets vs AYTO Invasion era vs UK + other countries era

6 if he didn’t punch Brad

Need queen Kim Alexander back on my screen
Agreed--only seeing her twice sucks

Gamer said a Big Brother Queen got contacted for next season! It better be Queen Haleigh or Kaitlyn ❤
They are likely still under contract, right?
