I wish they would do a no winner season. You can still bring on really popular casual favorites but also take a risk with leaving some supervets at home.
Survivor Second Chances did that and it was one of the best seasons in modern era of the show. I'd rank it the best since Heroes Vs Villains tbh.
Considering Tony, Cory, Jenna, Kailah, Nelson, Nicole Z, Amanda, Hunter, etc. arent champions as of Dirty 30 you could bring on the well known new regulars and see what happens. When Survivor let the fans vote on who they wanted on the cast too that was amazing because we got a god-tier cast.
