They didn't lol. They kept Casey because she's a follower, coral challenged them and their fragile egos couldn't take it. And it wasn't jek it was ek, johnny wasn't important to them until the ruins and even then he was 4th on the totem pole

Don’t @ me, but I throughly enjoyed CT going berserk and clocking him. Episode 1 of The Duel 2 will go down as one of the best episodes of the franchise. That episode was insane on all levels, and then, the Aneesa vs. Shavoun elimination where all there were doing was punching each other instead of playing. ⚰️⚰️⚰️
I LOVE The Duel 2, both seasons were great, but the second one was FULL of iconic drama. I deadass rooted for Shavoun whenever she was on.
Would love to see Shavoulegend return and instill fear and pressedness in all the girls and win. #Icon

Watching Gauntlet 3 because someone mentioned it & first episode thoughts. 1. CT looks super good, you almost forget how fine he used to be. 2. Brad was also very sexy. 3. The intro was horrible 4. Robin’s voice has officially succumbed to the cigarettes. 5. Who on earth thought this was a good cast?6. Tyrie’s lost a lot of weight. 7. I wonder how Coral & Janelle got along.8. I used to hate how Coral wore her hair. 9. People like Alex and Zach would never be cast on the real world, let along the challenge. 10. Imagine Brooke and Evelyn as an Exes pair.

It's not an either or thing. Jasmine can also come back. Both were funny even though they were small. A little personality doesn't hurt the Challenge cast.

Casey couldn't swim well. Neither can Leroy and Cara. Casey was scared of heights. So is Bananas and many others. At one point, she was even yelling at Wes to hurry up (even though he later carried her part of the way). The "lay-up" is part of the strategy of the game. It is tempting to go against the easier competition (Susie wanted to go against easier players) but Johnny wanted to save Casey for later in the game. Casey was also another "romantic interest" of Johnny's (see also Camilla). It is good to have both the strategic element and competition. I doubt she would ever want to come back but she was fun on the episodes she was on imo.

And she held her own pretty well, not her lasting longer than others against Emily...
Had she trained or worked out a bit more, think she could be a bigger threat, tall girl, etc.
Melinda vs Emily was one of my favorite eliminations that season! Melinda put up a great fight and I was rooting for her to win so bad.
