I don't know about Johnny but in terms of Wes, doesn't he play a character on these challenges? I thought cast members have said he's actually pretty chill in real life (and IRL, JEK doesn't have that much of a problem w him) but you could correct me if i'm mistaken
I think through Rivals the Wes/JEK dislike was just an on the show thing. They weren't friends, but they got along with him. But I think some stuff happened off the show since then (I think some of it having to do with the Tonya case, but I could be wrong), and last I heard they pretty much loathe each other. I remember a Derrick podcast in particular where Evan talked about what a piece of **** he thinks Wes is in real life...and Susie and Derrick agreed with him.
So can the same be said for Johnny is a misogynist on the Island talk? Or Wes and all of his dumb arrogant remarks on Rivals 1? They gave them a dozen soundbites and created a storyline. If one person gets the "editing got me" pass then everyone should. And if you took at her twitter and all of that stuff, she reiterates what she said in interviews. So I don't really buy that in her case.
I'm sure the same could be said of either of those situations. But in this specific case the title of the episode was "Talk To The Hand." So the case can be made that clearly this was the storyline they wanted to push. So I can't necessarily call her "whiny" and say she's forcing the hand thing on us especially when you consider she went out of her way to hide the injury after she came back home from the hospital I don't follow these folks twitter/instagram so I can't comment on their postings and such.
Key word: alleged. If Kenny really did anything I doubt he would still have such good relationships with almost every girl he's met in the house as well as production. I still can't believe how delusional people are, especially when the claims are from a junkie who doesn't even recall the incident!
Give it up, Kenny and Evan will not be on a challenge ever again.
The bottom line for me regarding Cara and her hand is that you only get injured when you are either not performing well/not doing what you're doing right OR you're not in control of the situation with your opponent. So people getting injured (outside of freak acts of god) do not garner much sympathy for me, because end of the day if you were performing with more control of the physical situation (i.e. better) it wouldn't have happened. Cara staying on with said injury is entirely of her choosing and should be treated as any other competitor.
Give it up, Kenny and Evan will not be on a challenge ever again.
Probably not, but it still doesn't stray away from the fact that idiots will always blindly believe an allegation. This show is going down the drain anyways, unfortunately.
Probably not, but it still doesn't stray away from the fact that idiots will always blindly believe an allegation. This show is going down the drain anyways, unfortunately.
Not according to Pinkrose and the ratings. I honestly don't think Kenny and Evan would spike the ratings much anyway.
Wasn't there another cast member who confirmed Tonya's allegations? The reason Tonya found out about the incident was because someone else in the house witnessed it happening and told her. Tonya was probably intoxicated and Tonya certainly has issues, but I think Kenny and Evan took advantage of that. No one can say for sure what happened, but I don't believe for a second that Kenny and Evan didn't do something that crossed the line of appropriate behavior. They constantly pushed the limits of decent behavior on the Challenge and it finally caught up with them. I, for one, am glad to see them gone for good. Bring back CT every season, I'll keep watching. I'll even watch with Bananas on as long as Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumber are not a part of the mix. I don't hate Mark, but something about his attitude reminds me of Kenny and Evan, and that totally rubs me the wrong way. So I'm not going to cry over the loss of his presence in the challenges either.

He said he is quiet and just smokes a lot of weed. He said he for sure plays a character on the show.
Nany played it so stupidly last night! I dig her as a competitor but she shouldn't break under the mental preassure Bannanas was putting her under. If she said Theresa, Bannanas would say Theresa cause Johnny would never risk and face an elimination. But what's done is done. Really not liking Theresa and her sneaky character.

I'm interested (and not sarcastically) in what you feel they did on past shows (prior to the Ruins) that wasn't game related that pushed the lines of decenty. Kenny didn't really play much of a part besides the arrogant dumb guy for his first 3 shows and on the Island was nowhere near Bananas level of ********. I suppose you can get Evan for trying to cheat on the Duel but I'm not really sure what else there was. If what you're referring to is the "trim the fat" stuff from the Gauntlet 3, I think people forget that CT, Brad, Danny, Adam King, Easy, Diem, Paula, and Evelyn were all on board with the cutting of the girls that got cut. In fact Diem and Evelyn were the biggest advocates for getting rid of Coral. I agree they're loud and obnoxious, and on the Ruins they were a rare breed, but I'm not sure what exactly they did wrong on prior challenges that wasn't related to the game...

Even Susie, who was in the same room as her and is a huge catholic feminist, denied the allegations. And how can anyone hate on The Godfather? This show would do a lot better if we have more clever and great challengers like Kenny and Evan. At least we still have Bananas and Mark Long returning.
I feel like Cara Maria is the MVP of this Challenge and were it not for the manipualation of Johnny B. then she would most likely have a deserved place in the Finals. I just do not see her beating Laurel with her injury. It sucks when people like Nany and Devin suck and have not seen an elimination. Same thing could be said for Zach and Johnny R. really. CT should not be in this elimination either.
You mean I missed my Real World girl crush Johanna?! Anyway comments on the episode.. I love that the guys had Cara's back and could see that wrong is wrong. Sad that it was only because of them that Laurel could see she was wrong. She's so stubborn. It was refreshing to see for once the popular kids weren't jumping on the bash Cara bandwagon How adorable is CT and Cara's friendship? Ct is an interesting man because on one hand he can be the brutal man who wants to smash heads and eat them, but I have seen him several times love to root for the underdog. The show would let Cara stay with a broken hand just because her story is good but they've sent people home like Dustin over a little scrape? It's all about the storyline, not the injury. I've always said Nany has a good heart, and I could see she felt bad for Cara. Still there was no way Bananas would have sent himself in so Nany could have forced the vote for Theresa. I do think Cara was wrong to turn on Theresa like that. As much as I don't like Theresa I actually think in this instance Cara was wrong. I don't think Theresa was being sneaky and trying to get Cara voted in at all. Cara was being fed that info by the boys probably and she got paranoid. Theresa and Nany were hanging out. So what? They've always been cool.

Plus, I will tell you that she have done better than some girls on this missions. Laurel/Cara were the top girls on this show.
bite your ******* tongue you newbie!
Yeah, this "newbie" has been watching The Challenge since day 1. Doesn't mean I worship at the feet of that overrated doofus.

We see this mentality used against rape victims in rape trials and it's just wrong. You can be a junkie and still be a victim. I don't know what happened, but Tonya having junkie issues doesn't make things any clearer than seeing multiple dailies where Kenny and Evan were acting inappropriate towards women on the Ruins, and there being a possibility that they did a sick frat boy prank on Tonya while she was passed out thinking it would be funny, but was really crossing the line and qualified as a sexual assault. They acted like they were gods who could do anything on that challenge. It is possible that it did happen.
I don't know what happened, but Tonya having junkie issues doesn't make things any clearer than seeing multiple dailies where Kenny and Evan were acting inappropriate towards women on the Ruins
Care to show us which Ruins dailies displayed Kenny and Evan doing inappropriate things to women?
Anyone notice how Zach helped Theresa pull the string of the trap door in the mission? CT could have done that when Cara had her rope visible as that was all he needed when it was his turn to dig. Zach should have been DQ'd which would have put him and Theresa in the draw with Johnny and Devyn most likely because it looked like Laurel and Leroy were closer to figuring it out. CT and Laurel would have been sent in due to the whole house dynamic and the dislike for Laurel there's no way Nany gives in to Bananas with Laurel and if the draw goes the same we have Zach vs CT and Theresa vs. Laurel. Completely different elimination round.
Nany doesn't suck other than Jessica, she is the one with most missions wins. Plus, I will tell you that she have done better than some girls on this missions. Johnny B. just has that ability to pull off the impossible so she's lucky he picked her.
The reason why I don't believe what happened is because of what Susie said. I don't think Susie would come out and say that if it wasn't true. She is a pretty reliable source and said she was in the room at the time it apparently happened. I've been rewatching the Ruins and Tonya should have never been there. It was sad seeing how much of a mess she was. Production should have sent her home long before the Veronica thing happened. I think that JEK def picked on Tonya while she was drunk but I don't think Evan & Kenny did what was said. Before Susie's article I really didn't know what to believe but now I am siding with what Susie said.
Here's my thoughts. I don't get why Cara was mad at Theresa. She has every right to hang out with people she's been hanging out with WAY before this vote. It seems to me that despite Cara wanting to stick it out in spite of her injury she felt like she should've gotten a pass for it. That's not how it works. She made the decision to stay in the game so she stands to risk of going into elimination so she needs to just ******* up and deal with it. She knows the script by now.

There are signs pointing to them doing it and I believe they did it ten fold.
My favorite part of the whole episode was when Cara Maria came back to the house and CT pranced over to her, arms open wide, like a little fairy and then punched her in the arm as a form of love tap. Lol. It's also probably funny cause Cara Maria clearly jerks back.
Oh and I hate Backpack but He had a point about Cara. If she's going to ignore her injury and compete why should he not send her in? She voted for him in the past and like somone else stated she would choose her Boston Alliance before him so he was right to say her name. And I don't think that he can be blamed for Nany here. I think she just felt bad for her in a second and she let that affect her voting. It was good that she voted Cara since she has the best shot of beating Laurel barring she chose the kill card(which she did).
She may not suck as much as Devyn, maybe having the luck of being on the right team. Johnny B. just has that ability to pull off the impossible so she's lucky he picked her.
That's your opinion on Nany, which disagree with a lot of cast members opinions about her that actually know her and have compete with her. Including Franks that hate her with passion. All of the cast members that I have the chance to talk to and the ones that have done podcast that they talk about her, they all agree in one thing Nany hold herself and is a good player. She is Not on on Evelyn/Laurel/Emily and even on Kelly Anne/Cara Maria level. But she is great and has an inner tomb boy. She have play sport in the past. If I have to rank the girls left, it will go something like this: 1. Laurel 2. Cara 3. Nany 4. Theresa 5. Devyn (She shouldn't be there at all) Looking at the challenges this season: 1. Nany went up through the building, on the shots of her she didn't look tired at all. She have endurance. Winning team. 2. Car mission nothing athletic really went down, but she did good on the running portion of it. 3. Bar crawl one of the only 3 girls other than Laurel and to some extend Jonna that did something that mission other than lay against a wall. She did great. 4. Bounce out she was on the winning team...Her/Laurel handle Isacc. 5. Piggy Bank only girls that made it accrosed were Cara/Laurel. 6. Smarty Pants nothing athletic went down. 7. Sausage Party it really came down to who could handle being around a plastic wrap rolling in the sand on a warm humid weather. 8. Hold the pose winning team...Hard to judge this challenge. 9. Dug out: winning pair her and Theresa did great on it. 10. Crossover: winning pair challenge ...Her/Johnny were second the entire time, she complete her portion at a great time didn't struggle at all.

She has done good every season she has been on. Seasons she did great on and won a tough elimination with Dustin, Alton threw the elimination but she still did well. On Rivals 2 her and Jonna were second most of the challenges. Then this one she has been on the winning team a lot and has proven herself. Zach always talks about how big of a beast she is even when he couldn't stand her. Bananas said she was killing it this challenge he was paired with her. Nany is a really good competitor and keeps improving.

I was simply stating that Laurel/Cara deserve it more as they have been in multiple eliminations while she has not seen one and Theresa has only been in one against a new player (Nia).
Cara really upped her game this season especially compared to last season where it seemed all she was doing was tanking. I think Nany and Theresa are on about the same level but I think Theresa would be much more lethal in a final. I do think that nany has been overall, a lot luckier than laurel, cara and Theresa this season. She is second to Devyn this season in terms of raw luck.

Implying that she sucks, which I am saying she doesnt. I have valid points about it. Including cast members opinions that like and don't like her all implying that she is a good competitor that they wouldn't mind having her as a partner at all. Keep in mind they see the entire thing and not just 15 minutes of the heavily edit it challenge mission we see every episode on TV. Theresa didn't send Nia home it was Cara Maria. Theresa send Camila home one of the top 3 girls on this challenge and the only female champion, she wasn't a new player at all. Props to Theresa even though I don't like her and I am biased toward her. I don't like when people get free rides, but then again it raised the dispute that there is every season: Earning your spot on this show, also come down to winning missions and not just eliminations right? Then Nany have win 50% of them (5/10) the one with most mission wins of the girls left.
Cara really upped her game this season especially compared to last season where it seemed all she was doing was tanking. Like I wrote on the spoiler thread after the show was done filming, this was Cara season to proved she is tough competitor.
Bananas contradicting reasoning for voting for CT and Cara was lame. I understand Bananas' concern about being stuck with Cara in future missions, but for Nany, it would be better for her to save Cara for the last elimination or the final. If Nany goes into the elimination next week, wouldn't it be nice if Cara was still around? Two of her three opponents next week could have been Devyn and Cara. She could be in that elimination next week, and now she'll likely have both Theresa and Laurel as possible opponents, instead of just one of them. I've grown to like Johnny R. over these last few weeks. I didn't mind that Leroy flipped the Kill Card. I like Leroy, but he hasn't done much this challenge. Johnny has had luck on his side, but he's competed pretty well, unlike Leroy. Leroy was paired with the best girl this week and his performance was embarrassingly awful! Devyn was lucky that she was paired with Johnny. He was super supportive and patient with her. Can you imagine if Bananas was paired with Devyn?
