I think Bananas should come back every challenge until rookies finally de-thrown the King. But at this point, rooks like Zach and Jordan obviously aren't good enough to beat the king so you'll have to wait next season to see if Cory or Brian can beat the almighty.
This isn't a charity event, so I don't mind seeing Bananas win these often. If you're good at something and win money from it then keep doing it until you actually meet someone who's on your level and beats you.
I agree. Like I hate LeBron (or sports hate at least) but I don't want him to stop playing or be not as good. I want other people to figure out a way to kick his ***. They need to figure out a way to get Bananas out (from their perspective...I want Bananas to win every time). He only has one 100% male ally on the guys side, Leroy, and a couple girls who might be willing to help him so they're in prime position to take a few stabs at him. We'll see if it works...I doubt it will since he's the best competitor there apart from CT and the best overall gamesman there, but they're welcome to try.
Well alot of the cast hasn't done 10 ******* challenges in a row. alot of them aren't as awful as him either.
Your hate for him runs strong, get off his jock. The guy can do whatever he wants and anyone In his position would keep doing it aswell. Just shut up.
FINALLY some logical people in this discussion. Bananas clearly loves doing the Challenges, he's good at them, he makes money from them, and he gets to travel all over the world. What reason does he have to stop? You only got one life to live; you can't allow negative people to stop you from doing what you love to do.
What is this Cara Maria naked in front of Leroy. I've read this several times and didn't see it the other night...
It was one of those in-between commercial clips like with Preston making Johnny be shirtless or Jasmine ripping out Nany's weave

He could stand to take a break next season.

Oh, I saw that Nany & Jaz, but missed Cara Maria. I gotta see that..
He could stand to take a break next season.
The thing with Johnny is, yes he's good at these shows, irritatingly so. And he has taken some breaks - FM2 and BOTSeasons. But when he comes back, I just don't feel refreshed seeing/hearing him on my screen. He has the same exaggerated over-expressive voice he's always had (and I kinda miss his slightly inaudible voice on The Duel). Even if you took away his obnoxious personality, I still couldn't stand having him on my screen if it meant listening to his voice. Now that I think about it, I would not mind having Johnny on every single challenge if he suddenly became mute.
Anyway what I'm trying to say here is that certain cast members don't have the same appeal they used to have, which is why it always made sense for them to retire before being on too many shows. Katie was explosive TV gold on her first few shows but she became wallpaper on most of her subsequent challenges. G2 and BOTS2 come to mind. Derrick was someone to root for because he tried so vigorously hard to win a challenge but after he won like his 2nd or 3rd, he became a pointless casting choice (and I generally do like him). There's many more I can think of but I don't want to derail the thread.

The thing your forgetting is he doesn't care, neither would you if given this opportunity. You need johnny, you need new guys trying to come in and dethrone the boss.
I dont like Jordan's attitude this season but i think that he does it for camera time most of the time. To be that overcocky(even more then usual) character and villain this season.
But Bananas saying that Jordan hasnt done anything is not really correct. Actually Jordan has done more in his first(got 3rd place) and only challenge then Bananas who got send home first in the duel if i remember correctly. In Inferno his team lost to the ******** and then in the Gauntlett 3 he got eliminated in the 3rd episode already! It took him 4 challenges to win one(the Island).
I think it was a good move to get people to vote for Laurel because those chances dont come up that often. But i dont think it was a smart move from Theresa to not vote for Laurel. Because with Devyn calling her shady business out to Laurel it made her the biggest target for Laurel right away. Who first was more focussed on getting Aneesa out of the game. Now she is going full force for Theresa.. If she just voted with the rest of the group for Laurel she wouldnt stand out so much and she wouldnt be a target for people like Devyn. Who might think voting Theresa in is the next best option to get a decent competitor in the elimination.
Theresa's ego is a big too big for her to handle. She is a weak political player and so far she has done in these challenges besides playing a decent game of hoops against CT.. Big whoop!

So you think getting 3rd place is better than getting 2nd on Inferno 3? Jordan hasn't won anything and he's been one of the worst players on Free Agents so far. "I Can" was such a stupid elimination so you can't really hold that against Bananas because he didn't have a chance to prove himself on Duel 1. And as far as Gauntlet 3 goes I'm willing to bet money that Evan would have smoked Jordan as well. And I'm pretty sure that it's going to take Jordan 4 or more challenges to finally win one as well because he's constantly putting a target on his back with his cocky attitude and he's handicapped.
Jordan on this season is reminding me of how Wes used to be on Fresh Meat and The Duel. Just overly cocky and calling out the veterans.
Jordan is getting a lot of hate, and I do think he is kind of acting like a ***** by calling out Johnny for earning his stripes when the guy has won 4 challenges, but I am a fan of Jordan. I would definitely like to see him win a challenge in the future.

You do realize that there has been people who've been in his position on these shows but have walked away from these things right? So no everyone wouldn't do what he's doing. You're wrong on that.
And no I won't shut up. And I don't like how people are acting like I'm dictating what he should do with his life. Yeah it's his life and he can do whatever but I'm personally am sick of seeing him on these shows and I'd rather him retire. There's nothing wrong with that. I know that we're gonna have to put up with this Idiot for the rest of the time these shows are on the air but that doesn't mean I have to like it. He's not this legend you all think he is and he is not the God of the challenges.

Um you only can get 1st or 2nd place on the Inferno or get eliminated in the inferno rounds. It is harder to get 3nd place with a team of 2 and looking out for only yourself and Marlon then being on a team with 9 other people, try to win and only have to make sure that you dont get voted in or survive 2 male inferno eliminations.
And as far as him not winning anything. You cant really compare that with Bananas who already has played in like 10 challenges. Yes Jordan is too cocky and is behaving like an ***** but please lets not pretend Bananas has been an angel on these challenges. In fact they are pretty similar in their behaviour. Both have a big ego, both dish it out but cant take it themselves, both scream at girls and act like apes
Does anyone else wish they would focus a little less on the challenge? I mean it's like the show a tiny little segment and then BOOM right into the challenge. I do wish they would show a little bit more of the cast just hanging out or having fun in the beginning in the show. I mean in some cases I feel like it was needed but most of the time it isn't. IMO.

Agreed! I really like the social aspect of the challenge. Maybe they're having less fun on this one?

I just think that in this episode in particular, the mission was long. We've seen them have fun in past episodes
So he should give up competing in a show that he's good at, earning him around 60k of additional income every year, that helps him get vacations in places like Costa Rica and rent condos with Kenny and Evan just so he can fit the "norm" and be like you at a 9-5 making an average income and hoping for a day off every week? Bananas is living the life kid.
HA! Is sharing a living space with those two morons, Kenny & Evan supposed to be a privilege? Like some special perk of the job? I don't know if I could stomach having to be around people like that for 6 weeks.

I don't really care about the drama, so I am happy with the change. But, if they did want to show more in-house stuff I think they would need to make the show longer because picking teams and having the draw takes up time that would normally be used for that sort of thing. I am not sure if making the show 90 minutes instead of 60 would have been allowed by MTV.

I just threw up in my mouth...the king? the almight? wow...are you Tonya's illegitimate brother by any chance? you both have the same crazy gene.

nope not even then, because you'd still have to look at his ugly face. he ranks up there with Big Easy and Wes in terms of severe unattractiveness. the fact that he's a ******* just adds to his lack of appeal to viewers like me.
The thing your forgetting is he doesn't care, neither would you if given this opportunity. You need johnny, you need new guys trying to come in and dethrone the boss.
You're absolutely right, I should immediately retract my previous statement of "I really hope Johnny Devenanzio cares about an anonymous person's opinion of him". It completely invalidates my point that he's done back to back Challenges and isn't that entertaining to watch anymore. Johnny's indifference is the reason I live and breathe.

Have too 90 percent agree with this statement. I never understood how girls found him attractive. He is kind shaped like banana if you think about it. Lol
However, I disagree on Wes. Lol. But teach her own.
Pinkrose......nooooooo!!!! You must have better taste than that.
Haha he is not that bad looking, I also know people are going to give me a hard time about this but I like him with long hair lol
I just think he is kind of cute...
