Zach's an idiot when it comes to the game. It made no sense to vote in Cohutta..
I Agree. I think he should've voted in Backpack. They guy has been to a final and won several times. He's really the biggest threat there honestly.
Zack and CT both are pretty dumb. Even on Exes CT should of voted in ty and emiley but yet votes in Mark and Robin! Like come on bro!
I'm kinda glad he didn't! I wanted Emily and TY to get to the Final.
My power rankings (based on likelihood of making the finals)
FIRST AND MOST LIKELY
Devyn- Devyn doesn't even need to show up for the next two episodes (and via editing probably won't). Despite never really trying very hard, or being that good of a friend to anyone, they all want her in the final. I guess its the underperformance guarantee, BUT what if this has all been a long ploy and she will win the 100k? Probably not. But pitting Laurel vs Theresa earlier in order to get them to protect you can not be an underestimated move.
Johnny Bananas- If Johnny wins any of these next missions, you best believe he will set the dominoes up. While the lower level players this season lacked good execution, they had the right idea. The strategy would be to put him in as many times as possible until he hopefully met his match. I think he is the only lock for the finals amongst the guys.
SECOND MOST LIKELY
CT- Part of what has made this a quiet (not a necessarily bad) season is CT's lack of chest puffing/romancing. However, CT has wisdom now and realizes that your performance in episodes 9 through 11 matter alot more than 1 through 8.
Laurel- Unless Laurel wins both final challenges she will be going into the elimination. And unless she loses a leg she will probably win any elimination against anyone else. I think I have finally made the transition from amazement to disgust with Laurel
THIRD MOST LIKELY
Zach- Zach has had a pretty good season thus far, and I thought his early elimination on Rivals 2 was a hot load of BS (Ty and Leroy suxed). We've never seen him in a final versus any of the people left, so I don't think he will crush it if he makes it there. Also; every mission strategy he has is wrong. I know he is big, but that doesn't mean he is automatic team captain.
Nany- All season long, Nany has been middle of the pack. She never shines, but she's never terrible. Playing through LB Cara Maria's blow was pretty impressive. But theres truly nobody else who after 25 episodes of being on this show that I cannot really tell whether or not they are good OR bad. I honestly have no idea. Whatever, She's really hot and that's all we care about since she's been pretty unbearable otherwise this season
FOURTH
Theresa- I can't tell if Theresa has played a strategically better game this time, or if the bottom half of girls were just super mediocre. Regardless, her win last episode was nice, if probably an isolated incident. I think if you are Nany, you would definitely try to put Theresa vs Laurel in if you had the chance. If you are Laurel, why hasn't getting rid of Theresa been more of a priority? When she isn't getting bogged down in Sloppyville, she is a threat.
Johnny Reilly- Johnny Reilly is good to have around because he would be a good enough teammate but never a threat, and I think the final is pretty possible for him, assuming Johnny Bananas will maneuver a Zach vs CT situation (which come on he is definitely going to try that)
FIFTH
Cara Maria- Oh Cara "Blunt Force" Maria. Cara is for sure number two when it comes to physical ability amongst these competitors, but that matters none. And sure having alot of "heart" can be helpful, knowing to not try to massacre someone in every physical game can also be very helpful. PLUS: Laurel may be a monster, but there is a slim chance you will conquer her. So you have like 1-2 more weeks with her? Put up with the beast and hope she sprains her ankle in the final. Or be a principled human being and accept your fate as her next target
Leroy- I am pretty iffy on Leroy as a character. I understand that he is a fun person, a sometimes funny person and a joy to be around. But from a viewing standpoint, he is less interesting than Jessica. The guys kind of have an honor thing going on, as it seems Johnny,CT and Zach are allied(?) and fine with going against each other in the final. Leroy has put in the least effort and against someone his size; I see no way where he could win.
There is a reason Bananas wins a lot. He plays it smart and if next week he does indeed vote in CT it shows how smart he is. He is going for stronger players which you should when you have the chance. Even the first mission Bananas was like why are we sending in Chet?.. This new generation is dumb, they don't get the game. That is why we keep seeing the same people win.

It's so upsetting..... And annoying.
This is a spoiler thread right? I am seeing the same back and forth bs as in the episode threads. So who is the final 6? I am to the point where I'm over this Challenge so I would really like to know. If Backpack makes it to the finals please tell me now so I can stop watching...

Johnny Bananas and Laurel win, Johnny R and Nany come in second, Zach and Devyn come in third

Considering we know who wins & the eliminations, there isnt much to talk about, so yeah
I love people stating that CT & Zach should have thrown in Bananas as though he was likely to lose. Cohutta nor Johnny had any chance to beat him. Leroy-Bananas would have been decent but the odds are low on that.
CT knows if he throws in Bananas that Bananas will come back and target him. Bananas may do that anyway but he's playing the odds
The smart move would have been to send in Leroy and hope Bananas pulls the kill card. Sending in Cohutta was stupid but Bananas wasn't the smart move either

No way. Horrible move to not throw in bananas. Bananas actually plays the game smart and would be targeting CT towards the end anyway. Leroy vs bananas is 50/50 in my book so throw B in and hope Leroy pulls the card. Johnny R is also a wild card as no one really knows what he brings. Also, the Boston alliance far outnumbers bananas so he could really only throw one of them in if it is individual or possibly mixed gender (as the opposite gender generally lets the other decide)
A smart throw in would've been Leroy or Bananas, both have seen a finale
Both both had a strong chance of coming back anyways.
Both both had a strong chance of coming back anyways.
Leroy pulled the kill card. Vote in banana's and one will go home.
It's smart but I can see why Cara can see it as shaddy, by the way that's assuming Cara gets vote in and not laurel. If Cara gets vote in , it's **** up that production gave her the wall elimination lol
Yeah? But I am saying that none of them win next mission, Bananas/Nany take the win then throw in CT...Coming to this challenge all the Boston people/Jordan had an alliance and Bananas stated the same on the afterbuzz. So I am not saying it, it was a fact.
When i was watching the episode, i was like ' OMG, if she gets wrecking wall that's some serious bad luck'. Then i go to the spoiler thread and i see she gets the wall :P
This is random, but is there a 22 jump street commercial with ct and johnny that just came out? I see people mentioning it but not sure why those two would be doing a commercial for that. But anyone see it, is it funny?
A smart throw in would've been Leroy or Bananas, both have seen a finale
But then you're stuck with Cohutta towards the end of the game where wins matter a lot. If there's potentially another team mission (which there is), you risk losing again instead of winning and being sent to the Draw right before the finale. They took Cohutta out because they wanna win the Challenges and avoid eliminations.

Cohutta has done good in all the challenges. Having him on your team doesn't mean your going to loose. In the rope challenge he was one of the few guys who made it across.

But it's close to the final and there's not many of them left. How long are they really gonna be able to avid going into elimination?
But it's close to the final and there's not many of them left. How long are they really gonna be able to avid going into elimination?
Well, if you have the mind state you're going to lose. Chances are you're going to lose. I wouldn't want to risk it.

He's done great in the Challenges, but with the physical competitors left in the game -- can you count on him to win? He can perform great in the Challenges, but it means nothing if he doesn't win.

*Lose, I used to think the loose/ lose misspelling was internet trolling until someone at work continually used loose as lose

Agreed, Cohutta was subtly one of the most best competitors in all of the challenges. His size in physical eliminations is his only downfall (apart from not really 'playing' the politics, which didn't matter much this challenge).
So if Zach got third in the finale, is there any explanation? He seems to be good at everything physical/speed related, so was it the puzzles/endurance?
*Lose, I used to think the loose/ lose misspelling was internet trolling until someone at work continually used loose as lose
Sorry, I do that all the time and I know it is lose. I guess it is a habit of spelling it like that.
So if Zach got third in the finale, is there any explanation? He seems to be good at everything physical/speed related, so was it the puzzles/endurance?
Not claiming to know anything spoiler wise, but on the after show he said something along the lines that people underestimate his speed and he is actually the fastest guy in the house, but his endurance is questionable.
It is strange that CT and Zach, the biggest guys in the house, are also the fastest. I guess they are just the best athletes there
Yeah I mean from what I know Zach does a ton of cross fit too, so you would think his endurance wouldn't be an issue either. I'm going to have to say it was a puzzle or something that put him behind the Johnnys.
The final is not just physical and speed, sometimes the turtle wins the race.
Maybe he lacks endurance, he is not the brightest crayon in the box when it comes to puzzles and the snow all of those are factors that could have slow him down. Maybe even the final was in pairs at some point, he could have got Devyn (that's an assumption, since at the end of the day is Free agents it wouldn't surprised if a portion of the final is in pairs).
Keep in mind that MTV are notorious for giving spoilers on their cast bios. On Johnny R they clearly wrote he have gas for days, I can see him having a lot of endurance.
