Battle of the Ex-ile is also single eliminations to make a true second chance test, with the strongest man and woman left standing returning to the game to compete as a couple till the end.
The winning team of each challenge becomes the power couple sending another couple into elimination to face off against the last placed team in the challenge. The power couple also gets to pick which of the 6 elimination games gets played; individual Knots So Fast (Strategy), Dead Man's Drop (Endurance), Duel Pole Dancing (Ability), Hooking Up (Agility), Oppenheimer (Speed) or Puzzle Pyramid (Mental). Once a grame has been played, all other games must be played before they are put back into rotation.

- Theresa and Nany's rivarly from Exes 2 comes to the forefront again causing a division in their alliance and throughout the house
Challenge: Game of Inches (Girls jump into guys arms from Rivals 2)
Winners: Theresa & Leroy
Losers: Slyvia & Bruno
Chosen: Taking the easy way out Leroy and Theresa just throw in the only other rookies Thomas & Jamie, which also takes a number away from Cory/Aneesa's alliance. Wanting Bruno and Slyvia to return, seeing them as potential free agents due to lack of alligence they choose Oppenheimer hoping both Bruno and Slyvia's builds give them an advantage over Thomas and Jamie
Pit: Bruno v. Thomas - Bruno wins. Slyvia v. Jamie - Jamie wins.
- Bruno demolishes Thomas, but wheras Slyvia is broader than Jamie she's not exactly more powerful so Jamie's speed allows her to brush past Slyvia to the win.
Bruno and Jamie bond well and both believe they have traded up on their respective exes, Theresa and Nany are barely staying civil enough to keep their alliance together especially with Wes trying to get them to blow up. KellyAnne and Johanna also nearly come to blows with Sarah and Aneesa providing backup for each respectively
Challenge: Give Me Some Honey (opening challenge from Exes)
Winners: Laurel & Jordan
Losers: KellyAnne & Cohutta
Chosen: Jordan and Laurel don't really want to **** anyone off with their decision being as they are kinda in with everyone, so they choose the other alliance swingers Marie & Robb. Not wanting them to come back they ask KellyAnne and Cohutta what game they want and fulfill their wishes by giving them Knots So Fast, hoping Cohutta's smaller stature will make it easier to manovure around knots than Robb's lanky figure, also taking force out of it.
Pit: Cohutta v. Robb - Cohutta wins. Marie v. KellyAnne - KellyAnne wins.
- Their logic worked with Cohutta managing to keep himself composed and agile around the knots while Robb while stronger and more able to move the heavy rope got caught up in them. KellyAnne's endurance beat Marie's with Marie running out of steam towards the end allowing KellyAnne to power through

Chosen: Sarah and Alton decide they want a member of the Las Vegas alliance out but instead of putting in the obvious choice of Theresa and Leroy they decide to put in Heather and Dustin so that even if Nany and Reilly come back the alliance will still self implode due to the ever rising tensions. They don't care who comes back so they figure Hooking Up is the most even battlezone
Pit: Reilly v. Dustin - Dustin wins. Nany v. Heather - Nany wins.
- In a close matchup Dustin's overally greater athleticism wins out. It's a bit of a washout as Heather's small stature leads to her struggling to manouvure around Nany to the hook.

- Despite being taller and having to put more work in Robb's endurance wins out, as does Marie, with Heather struggling to jump over the obstacle time after time..
Dustin and Nany are thrilled to be partnered together and are determinded to keep their alliance strong and finally get a win for the Vegas season. Everyone else however sees their great relationship as more of a threat as their previous partnerships.

- In the end it came down to the swimming ability, by the third crossing Leroy and Theresa were so far behind it was impossible to catch up
Chosen: Wes knows that he needs to keep his allies Theresa and Leroy around so he throws in what he sees as an easy win for them both, Jenn & Pete who have been barely been scrapping through each week. They choose Pole Dancing to swing it in their favour.

- Leroy went into beast mode not even letting Pete take step on the pole. As for the ladies, Theresa's reach won out although Jenn is scrappy and made her work for it.

Bruno and Jamie bond well and both believe they have traded up on their respective exes, Theresa and Nany are barely staying civil enough to keep their alliance together especially with Wes trying to get them to blow up. KellyAnne and Johanna also nearly come to blows with Sarah and Aneesa providing backup for each respectively

Chosen: Jordan and Laurel don't really want to **** anyone off with their decision being as they are kinda in with everyone, so they choose the other alliance swingers Marie & Robb. Not wanting them to come back they ask KellyAnne and Cohutta what game they want and fulfill their wishes by giving them Knots So Fast, hoping Cohutta's smaller stature will make it easier to manovure around knots than Robb's lanky figure, also taking force out of it.
Pit: Cohutta v. Robb - Cohutta wins. Marie v. KellyAnne - KellyAnne wins.
- Their logic worked with Cohutta managing to keep himself composed and agile around the knots while Robb while stronger and more able to move the heavy rope got caught up in them. KellyAnne's endurance beat Marie's with Marie running out of steam towards the end allowing KellyAnne to power through

The twist on the "Ex" theme this time is a two-fer. First of all it's single eliminations so whoever survives their individual elimination round will be partnered with whoever won the opposite gender one. Secondly the Battle of the Ex-ile returns, with the losing two cast members from each elimination not going home but competing against the other losers to return to the game at the final 6 pairs. Battle of the Ex-ile is also single eliminations to make a true second chance test, with the strongest man and woman left standing returning to the game to compete as a couple till the end.
The winning team of each challenge becomes the power couple sending another couple into elimination to face off against the last placed team in the challenge. The power couple also gets to pick which of the 6 elimination games gets played; individual Knots So Fast (Strategy), Dead Man's Drop (Endurance), Duel Pole Dancing (Ability), Hooking Up (Agility), Oppenheimer (Speed) or Puzzle Pyramid (Mental). Once a grame has been played, all other games must be played before they are put back into rotation.

Challenge: Trivia Challenge

Chosen: Sarah and Alton decide they want a member of the Las Vegas alliance out but instead of putting in the obvious choice of Theresa and Leroy they decide to put in Heather and Dustin so that even if Nany and Reilly come back the alliance will still self implode due to the ever rising tensions. They don't care who comes back so they figure Hooking Up is the most even battlezone
Pit: Reilly v. Dustin - Dustin wins. Nany v. Heather - Nany wins.
- In a close matchup Dustin's overally greater athleticism wins out. It's a bit of a washout as Heather's small stature leads to her struggling to manouvure around Nany to the hook.

Episode 4:
Dustin and Nany are thrilled to be partnered together and are determinded to keep their alliance strong and finally get a win for the Vegas season. Everyone else however sees their great relationship as more of a threat as their previous partnerships.
Challenge: Crossing Over (challenge Nany and Bananas won at the end of Free Agents)
Winners: Wes & Johanna
Losers: Theresa & Leroy
- In the end it came down to the swimming ability, by the third crossing Leroy and Theresa were so far behind it was impossible to catch up
Chosen: Wes knows that he needs to keep his allies Theresa and Leroy around so he throws in what he sees as an easy win for them both, Jenn & Pete who have been barely been scrapping through each week. They choose Pole Dancing to swing it in their favour.
Pit: Leroy v. Pete - Leroy wins. Theresa v. Jenn - Theresa wins.
- Leroy went into beast mode not even letting Pete take step on the pole. As for the ladies, Theresa's reach won out although Jenn is scrappy and made her work for it.
