Question: If your ally is eliminated, how does that affect the other person?
Intro: 32 challengers who have never won a challenge will first participate in a multi-challenge obstacle course that will test their strength, stamina and mental ability (40 Yard Dash, Puzzle, Wall Climb, Vertical Leap & Pull Ups). After the course is done, they will be drafted into teams of 4 (8 each) and coached by 4 proven champions (Johnny Bananas - Yellow Team, Wes Bergmann - Red Team, Evelyn Smith - Green Team, Paula Meronek - Blue Team) throughout the challenge. The order will be chosen by a mini challenge done by the coaches. Here's the catch, when the coaches are choosing their team, they only get to see the stats and gender of the player....not their picture.
Prize Money :
8 Challenge Missions - The winning team each mission banks $20,000. Whoever is there at the final will recieve whatever is in the team bank account plus more....
4th Place Team at the final will recieve an additional $40,000
3rd Place Team at the final will recieve an additional $60,000
2nd Place Team at the final will recieve an additional $80,000
1st Place Team the Champions will recieve an additional $100,000
Also, the winning coach will recieve an additional $100,000
Challenge Day/Deliberation/Elimination : The coaches will participate in the missions with their team. The last place team is sent straight into elimination. The winning team wins $20,000 and gets to choose the final team to go into elimination. At deliberation, the team except the coach will cast their vote blind (similar to Cutthroat 1). After the votes are read, the coaches have a chance to veto the person going into elimination on their team and pick the person they want to go in. Each coach can use this power only once. An individual game. Last place for the guys and girls goes into elimination. Winner of the guys and girls each nominate one guy and one girl to go into elimination (so we have two nominees for each gender now). Who goes in to elimination to face the loser is decided by the others. Everyone else will draw a chip out of a hat. If it is blue they will cast a vote for the guys and if it is pink they will cast a vote for one of the girls. This will ensure they will need to have all their bases covered and essentially everyone else can have a hand in voting you in. Unlike Rivals 2 where they only technically had to make friends with the opposite gender.
Ideally for a theme like this I would love to have the following cast (imagining this was in place of Bloodlines, I wanted to include CT & Jemmye but trying to keep this realistic and I doubt they would do the challenge right after Exes 2):

An individual game. Last place for the guys and girls goes into elimination. Winner of the guys and girls each nominate one guy and one girl to go into elimination (so we have two nominees for each gender now). Who goes in to elimination to face the loser is decided by the others. Everyone else will draw a chip out of a hat. If it is blue they will cast a vote for the guys and if it is pink they will cast a vote for one of the girls. This will ensure they will need to have all their bases covered and essentially everyone else can have a hand in voting you in. Unlike Rivals 2 where they only technically had to make friends with the opposite gender.
Ideally for a theme like this I would love to have the following cast (imagining this was in place of Bloodlines, I wanted to include CT & Jemmye but trying to keep this realistic and I doubt they would do the challenge right after Exes 2):
